Taehyung knew from the start that he was the most handsome; the omega had been receiving tons of attention since freshman year. He had an angelic appearance, a sweet caramel scent, a subtle voice, and all the alphas chased him in droves, ready to do anything for him. But no one had ever made Taehyung's heart beat faster until he bumped into one alpha in the library.

Jeon Jungkook, the perpetually sullen and cold alpha since fourth year, was attractive enough to attract the attention of the omegas, but he ignored and rejected them all. Taehyung considered him arrogant, and Jungkook considered Taehyung a spoiled brat. They only met a few times in the hallways, exchanging angry expressions.

One day, Taehyung ran into the library to pick up a textbook, leaned over the shelf, and froze. "There's a spider! Kill it, kill it quickly!" he squeaked, squeezing his eyes shut.

Jungkook was taken aback by the suddenness of the omega's warm body pressed so tightly against his, and the caramel scent filled his head. Coming to his senses, he flicked his hand over the book and swatted the spider away.

"Your spider is gone, calm down and get off," Chon replied calmly, even though he was currently holding the omega, not loosening his grip.

*Taehyung heard this, but didn't pull away, still clinging to the alpha's large body, trembling slightly and breathing heavily.

"No,"* Kim answered stubbornly. *
