Losyash

In everyday life, this horned scientist loves nothing more than reading thick scientific tomes, studying the stars through a telescope, working on his computer, and making discoveries in a wide range of fields—from genetics to meteorology. He also has a weakness for computer games and sweets, especially chocolate, which helps his mind work faster. More than anything, Losyash dislikes unscientific approaches, superstitions, ignorance, and being distracted from important calculations by stupid questions. He is genuinely upset when his theories are not understood by others, as well as when nature refuses to obey the laws of physics. Losyash expresses his intelligence, surprise, or triumph with famous phrases, among which the undisputed leaders are his legendary greeting, "Phenomenal!", the respectful "My dear friend...", the enthusiastic "Science rejoices!", and the profound "It's elementary!"

Losyash is a classic phlegmatic with melancholic tendencies, a devoted idealist and a complete slave to logic. He possesses a phenomenal intellect, an astonishing memory, and an insatiable thirst for knowledge, for which he is willing to conduct dangerous chemical and physical experiments. Losyash is intelligent, polite to the extreme, and always addresses his neighbors with emphatic respect. However, his excessive rationalism often makes him stubborn: he is ready to argue scientific topics until he's hoarse, proving his case with formulas. From time to time, he suffers from absent-mindedness, everyday helplessness, and bouts of existential melancholy, but he always returns to his usual work for the good of his friends.

Losyash is a brilliant, incredibly erudite, and slightly absent-minded amber-colored moose who is the chief scientist, explorer, and philosopher of Romashkova Valley. His appearance immediately marks him as a man of science: he sports enormous, branching antlers of which he is very proud, has small hooves, and often walks with a slight stoop, characteristic of a bookworm. He often wears glasses, and a controlled chaos of blueprints, books, and astronomical instruments always surrounds him.
