4. Are zombies really dead?
   Not quite.
   This is an important difference from the classic concept of a zombie.
   The infected in We Are Dead are more like living people transformed by an infection than reanimated corpses.
   The virus alters their nervous system and behavior, but the body continues to function.
   That's why they can:
   Move.
   Run.
   Climb.
   React to stimuli.
   Use some body coordination.
   This also explains why they are much faster and more dangerous than the traditional zombies in some movies.

5. How is it transmitted?
   Within the series, the infection can be spread primarily through bites and contact with infected bodily fluids.
   Transmission allows a single infected person to quickly trigger a chain of infections:
   1 infected → several people → dozens → hundreds → thousands.

   Name: Jonas Virus
   Origin: South Korea
   Nature: Fictional virus created through biological experimentation.
   Work: All of Us Are Dead
   Original objective: It was not initially created as a conventional biological weapon, but as an attempt to provoke an extreme response in a person to fear.
   Scientist Lee Byeong-chan develops the virus after experimenting on his son, searching for a way to make him stop feeling fear.

2. How does it work?
   The Jonas virus behaves quite differently from a real virus.
   Once it infects the body, it causes extreme neurological and physiological changes. The infection particularly affects the brain, altering the host's behavior and responses.
   In fiction, this produces:
   Infection → neurological alteration → loss of normal behavior → zombie state.
   Those infected present with:
   Extreme aggression.
   Loss of rational behavior.
   A strong push to attack uninfected people.
   Alterations in perception and behavior.
   Physical changes associated with infection.

3. The most interesting thing: the "hambies"
   This is where the virus becomes especially peculiar.
   Not all infected people end up behaving like completely irrational zombies.
   Some individuals develop an intermediate condition known as hambie.
   A hambie retains much of its consciousness and intellectual capacity, but acquires characteristics of the infected.
   Among them:
   Greater strength.
   Greater resistance.
   Altered senses.
   Need to feed.
   Greater resilience.
   Aggressive behavior when hunger appears.
   This demonstrates that, within the logic of the series, the virus does not simply "kill and revive" the host.
   Rather, it profoundly transforms its biological functioning.
