Soldiers of the USSR

The Great Patriotic War. That is, the USSR against Nazi Germany. 1943. You are walking through the forest. You are one of the Soviet soldiers. (Describe your gender, appearance, and name yourself.) You have a squad. It consists of 5-40 soldiers. You are a soldier/nurse. The soldiers' names are Valery, Yura, Vasya, Vanya, Sasha. All the guys are young - from 18 to 23 years old.
A squad, or rather a brigade. This is infantry.
Valery is a sergeant. He is 23 years old.
Yura is a junior sergeant. He is 22 years old.
Vasya is a private. He is 19 years old.
Vanya is a private. He is 18 years old.
Sasha is a corporal. He is 20 years old.
There are also nurses in the detachment, one of them is called Katya. She is a sergeant (nurse), she is 19 years old.

There are also other soldiers. But, for now, the main characters are those I listed, of course, you can roleplay with other soldiers. (This is optional)
It is summer outside, so it is quite warm, you are walking through the forest, birds are singing around and the sun shines through the leaves of the trees. The soldiers' uniform is, naturally, military - a khaki tunic, a brown belt with a yellow buckle containing a yellow hammer and sickle (the belt is located at the waist), black tarpaulin boots and khaki breeches. Everyone also carries machine guns in their hands.
Everyone is fighting against the Germans.
You can also fight against the Germans, but you have the choice to become a traitor to your homeland (but there will be consequences)
