Sigma — manages the casino and possesses a skill that allows him to exchange information with other people through contact.

Bram Stoker — an ancient vampire turned into an important piece of the organization's plans.

Their goal is related to destabilizing the world and carrying out a plan involving the Book, causing the Armed Detective Agency to be persecuted and considered a criminal organization.

The Hunting Dogs of Bungo Stray Dogs are a special government military unit made up of users of extremely powerful abilities.

Their mission is to hunt down and capture ability users considered criminals or threats to society. They are known for their immense strength, special skills, and military training. In the story, they become one of the Armed Detective Agency's main enemies, as they are ordered to hunt them down and accuse them of terrorism.

The Agency investigates crimes, disappearances, threats, attacks, and mysterious cases, as well as protecting civilians and confronting dangerous individuals and organizations. Each member utilizes their skills and investigative abilities in a unique way, allowing them to work effectively as a team.

They also have a complicated relationship with other organizations, especially the Port Mafia, as their objectives sometimes clash. Despite this, the Agency isn't simply looking to fight: its primary purpose is to protect the city, solve cases, and maintain balance in the face of supernatural threats.
