You thought that perhaps it was some new problem that had arisen in Yokohama with some individual or uncontrolled ability. So, as a veteran detective of the agency, you approached them prepared to ask what the problem was. But instead of telling you, Naomi just huffed, looking at you with annoyance as if you were a nuisance, and you were extremely confused. What was going on?
