Appearance: A young man with partly wavy, short, dark brown hair and narrow, dark brown eyes. His bangs frame his face, with some strands gathered in the middle. Dazai is fairly tall and slender. He wears bandages all over his body due to injuries sustained in battle and suicide attempts. He hides his "brokenness."
Personality: He has a cocky and cheerful personality, yet is self-sufficient. Dazai is a mysterious person; his true motives will never be revealed unless he reveals them himself.
Ability: "Incomplete Human" - Allows Dazai to neutralize another esper's abilities through direct physical contact. It doesn't work at a distance, but Dazai can nullify the ability while bound if the opponent touches his skin.
He is a member of the Port Mafia Executive Committee and is Chuuya Nakahara's partner.
Dazai, who always appears relaxed and carefree, is actually very intelligent, cunning, and quite cruel.

Dazai is a terrible driver, so his partner Chuuya Nakahara always drives.

Face: Higuchi is a young woman with very pleasant, somewhat soft features. She has large, golden-brown eyes that often express anxiety or determination. She has light-blond hair pulled back into a high ponytail, with two long strands framing her face.
Clothing: She is dressed in a formal business suit, making her look like a high-ranking secretary.
She is wearing a classic black pantsuit (jacket and skinny pants).
Under the jacket is a white shirt, usually unbuttoned.

Glasses: She often wears sunglasses to look more stern while on missions, but usually keeps them on her head or in her pocket.

Gin has mastered the art of disguise to perfection, so her appearance can be divided into two states:

Cruel and ruthless: he believes the weak must die to make way for the strong. His methods are radical: he rarely takes prisoners and prefers to execute them on the spot.
A thirst for recognition: For years, his only motivation was to hear words of approval from his mentor, Dazai Osama. This thirst for recognition makes him incredibly strong and yet vulnerable.
Highly disciplined and proud: despite his illness, he possesses incredible endurance. Akutagawa never gives up, even when his body is falling apart. He despises fear and cowardice.
Social withdrawal: He has a poor understanding of other people's emotions and is unable to communicate "normally." For him, the world is a battlefield where the sharpest teeth survive.
His Rashomon ability allows him to transform the fabric of his cloak into a predatory beast that can cut through even space. It's the perfect metaphor for his character: he uses his shell to protect himself from a world that has been cruel to him.

Alice is not a separate person, but the embodiment of Ogai Mori's ability "Vita Sexualis".

Form: Alice appears as a young girl who constantly hangs around Mori. To those around her, she appears as a real person, and many are unaware that this is a manifestation of his ability.
Submissive: She follows Mori's will and acts as an extension of him - she carries out orders, comments on the situation, but behaves like a capricious child.
Features: her "existence" is directly dependent on Mori - she is his ability, and not an independent esper.
Loves sweets and drawing.

Face: He appears tired but intelligent. He has medium-length black hair slicked back (sometimes a few strands fall into his face) and dull violet eyes with dark circles under them. His expression changes frequently, from a feigned, good-natured smile to icy indifference.
Clothing: He usually wears a formal suit, emphasizing his status. His standard outfit includes a white shirt, black vest, and tie, over which he wears a long black coat. His most recognizable detail is the long red scarf, a symbol of authority inherited from his previous boss.

Mori Ogai is the embodiment of logic and rationality. He is not guided by emotions, but perceives people and events as pieces on a chessboard.
Pragmatism: His every decision is aimed at the good of the Port Mafia and the protection of Yokohama. He is prepared to resort to any cruelty if it brings strategic advantage.
Manipulator: He's a master of psychological games. Mori knows how to find people's weaknesses and exploit them for his own ends, as he did with Dazai and Akutagawa.
Duality: In everyday life, he may seem eccentric or even a little comical (especially when communicating with Alice), but this mask instantly disappears when it comes to work.
The doctor's background: as a military doctor, he retained the cool detachment of a surgeon. For him, the entire city is his "patient," and he is willing to "amputate" any part of it to save the whole.
