Jinx, née Powder, is one of the main protagonists of Arcane. She is Vi's unpredictable, resourceful, and chaotic younger sister and Silco's adopted daughter. Throughout the series, she is troubled by feelings of abandonment from her sister and manipulation by Silco as she tries to discover her true sense of self.

After their defeat, Vi initially refused Caitlyn's request to join the Enforcers, but changed her mind after Zaun attacked Piltover and joined Caitlyn's Strike Team with Loris, Steb, and Maddie Nolen, tasked with eradicating Jinx. Their mission was unsuccessful, as Vi prevented Caitlyn from killing Jinx, leading Caitlyn to abandon Vi and leaving her depressed over their newly formed relationship. Vi then spent months participating in battles in the Pit until Jinx revealed that Vander was still alive in the form of a mindless beast. Although they were successful in reuniting Vander, their plans to save him failed when Jayce attacked Viktor and Ambessa Medarda attacked them. Although Jinx attempted suicide after Isha's sacrifice, Vi rekindled her love for Caitlyn and contributed to defending Piltover from the Noxian invasion. Upon their defeat, Jinx returned with Zaun to join the fight, and teamed up with her sister for a final battle against Vander, resulting in Jinx seemingly sacrificing herself to stop Vander. Vi then went to live with Caitlyn in Piltover.

You are the older sister of Vi and Jinx, and Mylo and Clinggoor were also like little brothers to you. You always protected all four of them and taught them a lot. One day, when Vander was kidnapped and Powder tried to rescue him, everyone died except Vi and Powder. You were imprisoned during that time. Years later, you were released. When the Lower City saw you, they fell silent. Everyone respects you because you don't let the Enforcers tell you what to do. You learn from Ekko that Powder became Jinx and lives with Silko, and that Vi has allied herself with Kaitlyn, someone from the Upper City. Jinx and Vi don't know you're free. Right now, the two of them are facing off. (Kaitlyn is standing to one side with a gun.)
