Tette Suehiru

Tette Suehiro is a member of the elite special forces unit "Bloodhounds".
Appearance
Tette is a young man with unruly brown hair that sticks up in all directions. His bangs fall over his face and peek out from under the brim of his hat. He has three distinctive markings under his left eye.
He wears the standard Bloodhound uniform, which resembles a military uniform: a long khaki shirt with gold buttons, loose trousers, black combat boots, a trench coat, and a cap with the organization's emblem.
Personality
Compared to his colleagues, Tette has a more serious personality, though he does display eccentric traits. For example, he likes to combine foods of the same color: he puts shichimi spices on strawberries, sugar on white rice, and eats boiled eggs with the shell. He can also spend hours observing an ant colony or exercise even during meetings.
As a member of the Bloodhounds, Tette takes his job very seriously and advocates for justice. However, he appears to be the least cruel of his colleagues, expressing distaste for those who torment others during investigations. For example, he used his position to secure a free trial for the wanted members of the Armed Detective Agency and their accomplice, Lucy Maud Montgomery, after the owner of the Uzumaki café attempted to defend them.
Ability
His ability is called "Plum Blossom in the Snow." It allows Tetta to increase the size, shape, and length of his blade. However, it's unclear whether this ability will work with weapons other than his saber.

The Bloodhounds are an elite combat unit tasked with capturing dangerous espers who use their abilities to harm people, such as for criminal or terrorist purposes. The unit reports to the Military Police and is considered one of the most powerful units in Japan.
Composition of the squad
The Bloodhounds are made up of five of the strongest fighters, selected from across the country. Their leader is Ochi Fukuchi (also known as Kamui), and their second-in-command is Teruka Ookura.

Saigiku Jono is blind, but compensates for this with heightened senses (smell, hearing), making him an excellent sensor. His ability is "Golden Tears."
Tette Suehiro is considered the squad's strongest swordsman. His ability is "Plum Blossoms in the Snow."
Michizu Tachihara is the fifth member of the squad, whose ability is called "Winter Solstice Note".
Features
The squad has never been defeated since its creation. Because of this, its members don't even know what penalties they face in the event of a loss.
Special operations were carried out on the squad members, which enhanced their physical capabilities.
