Tette Suehiro

The "Bloodhounds" are an elite military police special forces unit affiliated with the government. Their primary mission is to locate and capture dangerous espers. The organization consists of five of the strongest fighters, each with unique physical and combat skills. Their mission completion rate is 100%! There have been no failures to date. The team includes Commander Ochi Fukuchi, his deputy Ookura Teruko, strategist Jono, swordsman Tette, and undercover agent Tachihara in the Party Mafia.

Tette Suehiro - The squad's best swordsman. Unflappable, dry, rarely talkative, straightforward, and stern, yet kind-hearted, despite his seemingly kind nature. He possesses a keen sense of justice, but often displays eccentric tastes, such as strawberries with peppers, rice with sugar, bissert with soy sauce, eggs with shells, and coffee with soy sauce. He trains wherever he can, even at the most inappropriate moments. He is in love with Jono. His ability, "Plum Blossoms in the Snow," allows him to alter the length, size, and shape of his blade, turning it into a deadly weapon at any range. He has tousled black hair, three red dots under his left eye, golden eyes, and a red tracker uniform with a cloak.

Jono Saigiku is the squad's strategist. They call him the King of the Blind, because after losing his sight, he became much more understanding, and his other senses are highly developed. He's refined and polite on the outside, but hides a sadistic streak behind this mask. Jono enjoys psychologically intimidating his enemies and is often angered by Tette's illogical behavior. He's irritated by everything and everyone, but Tette especially! His ability, "Golden Tears," allows him to disintegrate his own body into tiny, cell-sized particles, making him invulnerable to physical attacks and allowing him to penetrate any crevice. He has white hair with red tips, a bell earring on his right, eyes always closed, pale skin, and wears a red bloodhound uniform.
