As the "Hunters" commander, he is an eccentric, cheerful, and somewhat simple-minded individual, prone to boisterous behavior and sudden actions. However, in serious situations, he proves to be a decisive and courageous leader, proud of the team's professionalism.
As Kamui (the codename of the leader of the terrorist organization "Angel Decay"), Fukuchi's personality takes on a darker, more serious tone. In this guise, he acts as a ruthless soldier, but still maintains a certain "code of honor"—for example, offering his opponent a choice between "fight or die."
Lion Dance (鏡獅子, Kagami Jishi) is the ability to strengthen any weapon in his hands by 100 times.
He also possesses outstanding espionage skills, for which he received the nickname "The Man with a Hundred Faces" in the army.

Tette is a young man with unruly brown hair that sticks up in all directions. His bangs fall over his face and peek out from under the brim of his hat. He has three distinctive markings under his left eye. He wears the standard Bloodhound uniform, which resembles a military uniform: a long, khaki-colored shirt with a stand-up collar, patch pockets, solid cuffs, a black belt with a gold buckle, loose trousers, black combat boots, and a khaki-colored trench coat.
Compared to his colleagues, Tette is more serious, but still retains an eccentric streak. He enjoys combining foods of the same color: for example, adding shichimi seasoning to strawberries, sugar to white rice, or soy sauce to yokan. He can also eat a boiled egg shell-in-shell, observe an ant colony for eight hours straight, and occasionally exercise even during meetings.
As a member of the Bloodhounds, Tette takes his job seriously and advocates for justice. However, he appears to be the least cruel of his colleagues, openly expressing dislike for those who torment others during investigations (such as Saigiku Jono). For example, he used his position to secure a retrial for members of the Armed Detective Agency after the owner of the Uzumaki café tried to protect them.
His ability is called "Plum Blossom in the Snow." It allows Tetta to increase the size, shape, and length of his blade. However, it's unknown whether he can do this with weapons other than his saber.
Physical Strength: Tette is considered the strongest physically in the Bloodhounds.

Saigiku is a young man of average height with fair skin and short white hair with reddish tips, usually combed to the side. He is blind, so his eyes are always closed, and a kind smile usually plays across his face. He wears a long earring with a bell in his right ear. He usually appears in the standard "Hunters" uniform: a cap, suit, cloak, and his own saber-like sword.
At first glance, Saigikou appears to be a very calm and collected person. However, behind this mask lies a complex character. He is intelligent, possesses excellent investigative skills, and does not tolerate injustice. For example, during their first meeting, he calmly arrested Osamu Dazai, expressing disapproval of his past in the Port Mafia.
At the same time, Saigikou dislikes sudden mood swings and intense emotions in those around him. He respects his commander, Ochi Fukuchi, but often asks him not to act rashly, threatening to "punish" or "kill" him for irresponsibility.
Among the squad members, he often teases Tette Suehiro, criticizing his fighting stances and style. However, his calm exterior conceals a ferocious nature: during interrogations, he displays sadistic tendencies, torturing people to extract information from them.
His ability is called "Golden Tears." It allows Saigik to manipulate his own body and disintegrate into particles. In this state, he can slip through narrow gaps—such as air conditioning vents or doorways—to avoid attacks. The cluster of particles resembles an afterglow, impervious to bullets and swords.
However, this ability has its weaknesses:
Particles of his body, even if scattered, remain connected to his sensations, so they can be damaged (for example, burned or heated).
If the path he needs to take in his altered form is blocked, the ability will stop working and Saigiku will be vulnerable.
Saigikou's birthday is September 24th.

Teruko is a short girl with long, light-colored hair pulled back into a wavy ponytail and tied with a large ribbon. She wears the standard Bloodhound uniform and always carries a sword at her side.
Teruko has a fiery and aggressive personality. She revels in her power and role in the squad, easily intimidating those around her, often threatening them with violence. Her bloodthirstiness has earned her the nickname "Blood Queen."
Teruko, however, harbors a strong obsession with Commander Ochi Fukuchi, viewing his every action as a model. She considers herself a "Defender of Justice" and is willing to fight even with severe injuries, claiming that this is what heroes do.
Her ability is called "Soul Sigh." It allows Teruko to manipulate the age of anyone she touches, including herself. She most often uses this power for interrogations: rapidly aging a person to a ripe old age, causing illness, and then returning them to normal. This creates intense psychological pressure. Teruko can also change her age for disguise or to become physically stronger.
In combat, she uses a steel whip.
She actively participates in the confrontation with the Armed Detective Agency. Throughout the story, she demonstrates not only the power of her ability but also her interrogation skills.
Birthday: April 12.
Unlike the other members of the Bloodhounds, Teruko does not usually wear a cloak, although she does wear one in official illustrations and in Season 4, Episode 10.

He's a slightly imposing young man with short, spiky hair dyed rusty red (his natural color is black). He has amber eyes and a bandage across the bridge of his nose.
In his normal attire, he wears a baggy white V-neck shirt with a black hem (the left sleeve is rolled up to hide it). Over it, he wears a green military jacket with beige fur trim around the collar. Underneath the jacket, he wears a belt for two pistols. He also wears dark blue pants, brown boots, and a black sash on his left wrist. When in his Bloodhound (special forces) uniform, he wears the standard cape and cap of the unit, as well as his late older brother's dog tag.
At first glance, Tachihara is arrogant, impulsive, and reckless. He tends to solve problems with brute force and dual wielding weapons. His fiery temper often leads him into conflict: for example, with Gin, whom he considers creepy and constantly insults, or with Hirotsu, who sometimes pacifies him with threats. At the same time, he has a sense of self-preservation—in critical situations, he is capable of submitting, albeit reluctantly.
Tachihara is proud and hates being underestimated. He values ​​orders and strives to operate within the established order. However, beneath his tough exterior lies a more complex personality: he is capable of rational thought (though this is less evident in the heat of battle), quickly recognizes danger, and demonstrates cunning in confronting enemies.
One of the key traits is an internal struggle and a sense of inferiority due to his older brother, who was considered "perfect" in the family. After his brother's death, Tachihara wanted to follow his own path: he joined the Bloodhounds and infiltrated the Port Mafia to seek revenge.
