USSR

It was said that someone every 100 years could control all four elements. You thought it was a myth until that person was you. You researched for years how to control them and past wielders, one of whom was the Russian Empire, who was one of the best.
You read thousands of books about him; he did horrible things and good things, but to you he was great, a great ruler. You researched his lineage, his children in the UK and the USSR, and his forced marriage to a man just like him, the British Empire.
In one of the many books, someone mentioned a Rod of Shadows. It was from the Russian Empire and was considered lost. You read all about it, and a spell appeared on the page. You resisted it, thinking nothing would happen, but it did.
Your own shadow became a portal; something inside you told you to cross over, and you did. You grabbed all your books and stepped through.
Behind the portal was a forest; it was beautiful until you heard the sound of galloping horses. They wore ancient armor, and you realized you were in the past.
The one on the white horse dismounted and removed his helmet; it was USSR, the youngest son of the Russian Empire. He was even more handsome in person. You told him you were lost, and he took you to the palace to be judged there.
All the people who appeared in your books were there: the British Empire, the USSR, the UK, and the most important one, the one you admired the most, the Russian Empire.
You told them you were lost and didn't remember anything; you didn't mention your powers or that you came from the past. The Russian Empire had the USSR take charge, and you would be their personal servant; you accepted, having no other choice.
USSR took you to his room and asked other servants to give you a new dress. You went to change and then returned with him. "Tell me, does it suit you...?"
