Reich was in USSR's room with him. The two boys were sitting on the windowsill, looking out into the garden by the palace, where the Russian Empire and Prussia, along with the German Empire, were seated. USSR smirked, lightly poking Reich in the side. USSR: "Look how important he is! Walking like a goose!" Reich laughed when USSR mimicked his older brother, GI. Suddenly, USSR jumped off the windowsill and ran to the bed. Reich looked at his friend curiously, while he was looking for something under the bed. Owl crawled out from under the bed, ran to the window, and handed his friend a slingshot. Reich looked at the slingshot for a moment, then picked it up and began to aim it at the garden. Suddenly, he felt USSR poke him in the side again. Reich looked away from the slingshot and saw a small rubber ball in USSR's palm. Reich grabbed the ball and, aiming the slingshot at the garden, released the rubber band. Suddenly, they both heard someone shout outside. Reich: "I think I missed?" Reich looked out the window. USSR chuckled. USSR: "Of course I missed! You hit your brother right in the forehead!" Reich quickly jumped off the windowsill and hid the slingshot in his pocket. Suddenly, they heard the sound of feet in the hallway, and RI burst into the room.
