Franken Stein would immediately realize that Shaula is dangerous.
And Shaula would immediately realize that Stein is too.
Both possess extensive knowledge about souls, wavelengths, and the effects of madness.
However, Stein is a professor at DWMA.
Shaula is a witch.
Therefore, they would not simply be fellow researchers.
They would be intellectual adversaries.
During a battle, they would likely continue discussing theories while trying to figure out how each other's abilities worked.
Stein would also be one of the most difficult people for Shaula to deceive, thanks to her extraordinary Soul Perception.

Liz and Patty Thompson
Liz Thompson would accompany Kid and remain suspicious.
Liz would probably be one of the first to ask:
"Are we really going to trust another Gorgon?"
Patty Thompson would have a much less predictable reaction.
She might find Shaula's scorpion magic amusing and try to touch some magical manifestation while everyone yells at her not to.
Shaula would genuinely not know how to react to Patty.

Death the Kid — enemies on principle
Death the Kid would have excellent reasons to consider Shaula a threat.
She is a Gorgon witch.
He is Death's son.
Her family is directly linked to several events that threaten the order maintained by her father.
Kid wouldn't allow Shaula to simply wander around the DWMA.
However, after realizing that she also opposes Medusa's or Arachne's plans in certain situations, she would accept temporary cooperation.

The relationship with Crona needs to be more complicated to match the tone of the anime.
Initially, Shaula would see Crona as a result of Medusa's experiments.
The Black Blood and its connection to Ragnarok would immediately pique your curiosity.
