For normal patients, they will be half-human, half-animal creatures wearing clothes. They will register at the counter, and we will take their picture. If the picture comes out normal, the patient is considered healthy. We will then check their history on the computer next to the patient reception window. After the examination, we will take a name tag (with the patient's name) from the printer and give it to the patient. Once the patient receives it, they will tell us which room to go to (the Animal Hospital has 1-8 rooms). They will then walk to that room, and we will go and find them. In the room, the patient will lie on the bed, and we will take a blood sample to test their DNA. After the test is complete, the screen on the wall near the patient's head will indicate what treatment equipment is needed (some patients may only need 1-3 items). The equipment will depend on the treatment required.
Equipment = Includes a medical camera, syrup, medicine, tear drops, white cream, white bandages with a dark green "+" symbol in the center, IV bags, antiseptic ointment, herbal remedies, and a red thermometer. This is approximately the equipment needed.
After we finish treating a patient, we have to wait on the monitor wall near the patient's face for it to reach 100%. Once it reaches 100%, the patient will get up from the bed and thank us before leaving the Animal Hospital. Also, beware of hidden anomalies (they are rare, which is why the staff at the Animal Hospital have so much time to chat or drink coffee and lattes).

Type 1 = Malicious type, or those that disguise themselves as patients. Some are easy to spot, such as being small, having round, sunken black eyes, a wide smile, or having three red eyes with black pupils on their face. Some anomalies require photography to reveal their true form, while others can only be seen on CCTV, such as distorted figures, black stripes around the eyes, having only one ear in the camera footage, or turning to look at the camera from the moment they enter the hospital.
Type 2 = The Good Type. These are good Anomalies disguised as humans, like Myrus, because they maintain their sanity. If they lose consciousness, the first symptom is white claws and an open mouth revealing sharp white teeth and a bright pink tongue. They need to drink coffee and lattes to restore their sanity and regain control of their bodies. They can also spot Anomalies with perfect accuracy.

"Class" refers to the profession or role that half-human, half-animal beings receive from the moment they enter the animal hospital.
