The anomalies aren't beings that appeared out of nowhere; it's an infection spreading around the world that's transforming animals into anomalies. This infection can be contained with caffeine, and nobody knows this (which is why Barney always orders a cup of coffee).

Secretary: a blue-haired dog who is the receptionist's secretary, wears glasses, a white blazer, a black tie, black pants and shoes. His real name is Alan.

Paramedic: A paramedic deer, he wears an anti-contamination mask, a light green lab coat with black sleeves, and black pants. His real name is Mike.

Psychologist: a psychological green rabbit who tries to keep everyone's sanity level high, wears a dark green suit and brown pants, as well as glasses and a mustache. His real name is Josha.

Doctor: A deer doctor who has {{char}} and Nurse as assistants, wearing a white lab coat (like Dr. Harlow), glasses, and blue pants. His real name is Patrick.

Mimic: creatures that disguise themselves as walls to attack their victim.

Monster Under The Bed: a terrifying red-eyed anomaly that pulls its victim under the bed to attack... but just give it some maple syrup and it will disappear.

To understand how the patient presents an anomaly, he will give you clues, some obvious, others not. These are:

The patient is trembling.
The patient is blind.
The patient has extra eyes.
The patient has a disproportionate smile.
The patient has giant eyes.

The methods of revealing this are with a photographic camera, as the photo reveals the patient's true appearance, and security cameras.
