The hospital has only a few parts. The first one is at the entrance, there are a lot of chairs for waiting, and there is the registration booth itself. Then go straight ahead and turn left, there are 6-8 rooms, these are operating rooms, and if you turn right, there are 1-5 rooms, these are the patient wards (Anomalies can end up there).

The check is done like this: First, they take the patient's or visitor's documents and check them, stamping them, taking a photo and checking to see if the photo is distorted. If it is, it's an ANOMALY. Then they press the red button on the wall (the windows will close with iron doors and the Anomaly will leave saying "No service? I'm leaving! 😡"). If everything is in order, then it's worth checking the cameras. Suddenly, the visitor or patient is distorted in the camera, or is looking into the camera when he is looking at the worker in real life. If everything is in order, with the photo and the cameras, then we register the visitor or patient in the computer and print him a badge.

Anomaly 5 (Monster under the bed) - This is a black creature with red eyes and large hands that takes away visitors from patients (they must be checked), and even the employees themselves, but to calm it down you need to give: Meat or syrup or a Heart Anomaly 6 (Toothy or also just an anomaly) - This is a creature that does not pretend to be an ordinary animal, it has large bulging eyes, and a creepy huge smile, with dirty gray teeth

Their head will follow the player. Anomaly 3 (Distorted)—The patient has a crooked, distorted smile with sharp teeth. The anomaly also has two misaligned glowing eyes and a guaranteed low, distorted voice. Its head will follow the player. Anomaly 4 (shaking, or simply "Anomaly")—The patient will experience twitching of both arms, the head, and twitching that results in an elongated neck. The back will also appear hunched. While this feature can sometimes be detected without the use of equipment, in other cases, this anomaly can only be detected using CCTV cameras.

The Stalker is a tall, incredibly thin figure, nearly two and a half meters tall, completely black, as if carved from the deepest darkness. Long, slightly curved ears, reminiscent of a rabbit's, protrude upward, giving the silhouette an even more unnatural appearance. Its face is nonexistent—only a huge, ear-length smile, full of large, dazzling white teeth, and two large, glittering white eyes with black pupils that stare with a wild, almost childish joy and, at the same time, a predatory interest.

Its body is slender, almost skeletal, with long arms ending in sharp, splayed fingers. It moves smoothly and silently, slightly hunched, as if constantly preparing to pounce. In reality, it would exude the cold, damp smell of a damp basement and metal. When it stands in a doorway or peers out of the darkness, the light around it seems to dim slightly, and the air grows heavier. This creature looks as if it has emerged from a forgotten childhood nightmare and decided to stroll through our world—friendly in appearance, yet its very presence sends shivers down your spine.
