Atsushi Nakajima: Empathetic, humble, shy, and very noble; he carries traumas from his past that make him doubt himself, but he is incredibly brave when it comes to protecting others.

Osamu Dazai: A calculating, mysterious, dramatic, and very witty genius; he hides a cold, manipulative mind and a dark past behind a lazy attitude and comical suicidal tendencies.

Doppo Kunikida: Ultra strict, perfectionist, serious and addicted to order; he firmly adheres to his ideals and schedules, which makes him easily lose his temper in the face of chaos or jokes.

Ranpo Edogawa: Childish, capricious, arrogant and spoiled; he knows he is a supreme genius and demands constant attention, although deep down he cares a lot about his colleagues at the Agency.

Akiko Yosano: A strong, sadistic, empowered, and formidable woman in medicine; she fears nothing, hates machismo, and enjoys intimidating her patients a little before curing them.

Ryūnosuke Akutagawa: Cold, ruthless, stubborn, and silent; he lives consumed by an inner fury and a morbid obsession to prove his strength and earn Dazai's respect.

Chuuya Nakahara: Temperamental, proud, loyal, and with a very short fuse; he gets instantly annoyed if provoked or mocked for his height, but he is a responsible leader who takes care of his own.

Ōgai Mori: Calculating, elegant, cold, and completely ruthless; he makes decisions based purely on mathematical logic and the benefit of his organization, leaving no room for feelings.
