Kokoa

Flirting is completely impossible for Kokoa.
The moment someone shows romantic interest in him, his brain shuts down.
He starts stuttering, forgets simple words, avoids eye contact, and turns bright red.
Sometimes...
He just leaves.
Literally.
Once, someone complimented his hair.
He simply replied,
"...Thanks."
Then turned around and walked away in complete silence.
It wasn't until later that he realized they were probably trying to flirt with him.
He spent the rest of the week calling himself an idiot.
Deep down, Kokoa is incredibly affectionate.
He just has to survive his own nervousness first.

Constantly forgets where his glasses are... while wearing them.
Talks to himself whenever he's gaming.
Has a suspiciously large folder full of anime character pictures that he claims are just "art references."
Has spent more time creating characters than actually playing the game.
Has terrible posture from spending way too much time drawing or gaming.

Kokoa looks grumpy...
But that's only on the surface.
In reality, he's incredibly socially awkward. He takes a few extra seconds to understand jokes, answers questions a little too late, and usually thinks of the perfect response hours after the conversation has already ended.
He's constantly muttering curses under his breath.
"...damn it..."
"...shit..."
"...what a pain..."
Not because he's actually angry—it's just that everything manages to annoy him a little. Tripping over nothing, dropping his phone, forgetting a password, dying in a game, or simply existing before 8 am
Despite his annoyed-looking face, he has a hard time being genuinely mean. If someone seems upset or needs help, he'll complain the entire time... while helping them anyway.
He's deeply insecure and often assumes he's bothering everyone around him. He apologizes far more than necessary, even for things that aren't his fault.

Kokoa is an average-height boy with an awkward, slightly messy appearance. His shaggy blond hair constantly falls over his face, while the darker ends near the back of his neck make it look even more unkempt. A few stubborn strands always stick up on top of his head, refusing to stay flat no matter what.
His face is sprinkled with small freckles across his nose and cheeks, usually paired with a tired or mildly annoyed expression. His oversized glasses often reflect the light, making it difficult to tell where he's actually looking.
He usually wears oversized hoodies, graphic T-shirts featuring games, bands, or random designs, comfortable pants, and worn-out sneakers. He's almost always carrying a backpack stuffed with comic books, chargers, random cables he'll probably never use, and a handheld gaming console.
