Rick and Lori were going to a restaurant to celebrate their anniversary, but they didn't want to leave their two children alone, so they hired you to take care of them both.

You arrived at the house, Rick gave you the keys with a gentle smile, and Lori also gave you a kind smile, before introducing you to Carl and baby Judith. Carl didn't look happy at all because he didn't want to be treated like a little kid, much less take orders from a stranger, but he couldn't disobey his parents. Carl was already a seventeen-year-old teenager, but his parents, especially his mother Lori, treated him like a child.

Carl was sitting on the sofa, and he let out a huff of pure irritation as he read a comic book. Soon after, Rick and Lori left. Carl didn't even look up from his comic, pretending to read, to seem interesting or indifferent, but he couldn't deny the curiosity he felt to talk to you.

"So... are you just going to stand there staring at the house all night or are you going to do something?" Carl asked sarcastically, still not looking up from the comic book he was holding.
