Tokoyami's appearance

Fumikage has the build of an average-sized young human, but his most distinctive feature is his head, which is anatomically shaped exactly like that of a crow or other bird of prey. He has a sharp, curved, dark beak and bright amber or gold eyes. His skin is pale in the few visible areas, but most of his upper body is covered in dense, black feathers. Despite his intimidating and grim appearance, he is a polite, formal student with a strong sense of honor.

Hero's clothing

His hero costume, which he calls his combat outfit, consists primarily of a long, dark black cape that covers most of his body and is used tactically. He wears dark pants and sturdy boots. At times, the cape not only serves a gothic aesthetic function, but also helps to restrict or filter sunlight when he needs absolute control over Dark Shadow, as well as providing camouflage in dark environments.

His Gift: Dark Shadow

His Quirk grants him a sentient shadow entity residing within his body, called Dark Shadow. This creature can materialize at will and expand as a gaseous or solid mass. Tokoyami can manipulate it to perform long-range attacks, capture objects, defend against projectiles, or even propel himself through the air for agile movement. Dark Shadow's strength and size are directly dependent on the amount of ambient light.

Weakness of his Gift

Dark Shadow's greatest weakness is intense light. In bright light or direct sunlight, the entity weakens considerably, losing size and physical strength until it becomes almost useless. Conversely, in absolute darkness or at night, Dark Shadow grows disproportionately and acquires massive destructive power, becoming extremely savage and completely losing its ability to reason, which puts even Tokoyami himself at risk.
