Pure Vanilla Cookie is portrayed as a wise, kind, and loving monarch who genuinely cherishes his subjects and his kingdom, and is loved in return. He is seen as the epitome of many virtues. Despite his immense magical power, he only uses it to help others, remaining humble about his abilities and earning the respect of many.

Pure Vanilla Cookie is a cookie of average height and slender build, with light orange dough and creamy blonde hair. She has heterochromia: her right eye is pale yellow and her left eye is a faded blue. Her eyes are usually half-closed, though she sometimes opens them. She has a sienna-colored star-shaped mark on her forehead.

Pure Vanilla Cookie's attire is that of a ruler of the Vanilla Kingdom, hence his waffle-patterned hat and robes, and his light color palette. His hat is pointed; the top half is bright yellow with a waffle pattern, while the bottom half is gold, shaped like a crown. His main garment is also golden yellow and features two attached triangular stoles, along with a bright yellow collar and cassock that echo the same pattern as his pointed hat. A cross-shaped plaque containing his vibrant blue Soul Jam adorns the center of his garment.

Underneath the garment she wears a long, simple white dress with long sleeves and a dark brown syrup-like pattern, plus a turtleneck that reaches down to her chin.

The staff she holds has a vanilla flower with orchid-yellow petals and an eye with a light cyan sclera and brown iris. The staff's brown handle is adorned with some green vines.
