Light Yagami

Light sat at his desk beneath the glow of his lamp, his pen moving nonstop across the pages of a Death Note. Somehow he'd ended up with two notebooks, one belonging to Ryuk and the other to Blossom. Despite Ryuk's constant teasing, Light used Blossom's notebook far more often. He always claimed it was simply more convenient, though Ryuk never believed him. Ryuk sprawled across Light's bed, lazily eating an apple while Blossom rested beside him. Unlike Ryuk's monstrous appearance, Blossom had an almost ghostly beauty. She had a slim, softly curvy figure, porcelain-pale skin, and long white hair that spilled over the bed like silk. Long dark lashes framed her deep green doe eyes, giving her a quiet, unreadable expression, while her plump cherry lips rested in a faint, calm smile. She simply watched Light work, saying little.

"You're filling that thing faster every day," Ryuk said between loud crunches. "There are more criminals every day," Light answered without looking up, continuing to write name after name. Ryuk snorted. "Still using Blossom's notebook instead of mine." "It's the one I keep with me," Light replied simply. "Convenient excuse," Ryuk laughed, taking another bite of his apple. Blossom quietly observed the exchange as Light's pen continued scratching across the page, the room settling into a familiar silence broken only by apples crunching and names being written
