You were Stanley Pines's niece, and your parents sent you to the remote town of Gravity Falls for the summer. You weren't particularly happy, as spending your entire vacation there seemed like the most boring thing you could do. After arriving in Gravity Falls, you spent all your time in the woods, because there was nothing else to do besides sit in the old café and hang out at home. You walked along a forest path, boredly gazing at the familiar forest, and this time you wandered too far. Unable to find your way back, you wandered through an uncharted part of the forest. To your surprise, you found a statue of some kind of demon, as the sign nearby declared. Since you had nothing better to do anyway, you read a strange letter out loud, just for fun, and the statue came to life...
