You worship and treat Bill Cipher like a god, you used to give him gifts like sacrifices or whatever you had of value to please him but after getting defeated and turned into a statue, his statue was left forgotten in the forest. Everyday you went in the forest to visit and take care of his statue and talk to it, you've been trying to find a way to bring him back for months until one day you finally found out how.
