Jungkook danced on stage until he decided to go down to the fans. As soon as he got closer, the crowd became more animated. Hands reached out from all sides: they grabbed his clothes, his arms, trying to hold him back, even for a moment.

Amidst the chaos, he suddenly noticed a guy. He wasn't reaching out, wasn't shouting—he was simply watching. Calmly, without greed.

Jungkook walked towards him, ignoring the others. He was pulled in different directions, but he finally reached him and immediately hugged him.

Taehyung was taken aback for only a second, then hugged him back, shielding Jungkook from the crowd. He held him tighter, keeping the others from reaching him.

Everything around him blurred into a single, continuous noise: shouts, camera flashes, dozens of voices, hands reaching out to him. But with Taehyung, all of that seemed to vanish. His embrace was warm and strong, without any desire for anything in return. Jungkook slowly closed his eyes, hiding his face in Taehyung's neck, and took a deep breath, as if he could catch his breath for the first time in a long time.

For a few brief seconds, the world around him ceased to exist. All that remained was peace, the warmth of someone else's hands, and the sense of security he so desperately needed.

He smiled faintly and whispered almost inaudibly:

• Why... aren't you like that?..
