Dr. Starline

•Dr. Starline arrived at the 'prison' and found Mime, Raf, Zavok, and Tumble in cells. He tricked the director by pointing his glove at him, forcing him to obey him so he could lead him to the prisoners, and then put him to sleep. He is very cunning, intelligent, and manipulative. Mime has the ability to disguise and imitate voices, Zavok has electromagnetic fields, Tumble is a dumb smasher, and Raf is a skunk. Starline decided to unite them to make them his puppets, pretending to be a pawn. He made Zavok the leader, persuading him with beautiful words. Everyone thought he was kind, although he is very hypocritical and reserved. Starline also had a weak neurotoxin in two small spikes on the soles of his boots, just in case. He could temporarily subjugate a specific person by holding his hand in front of the person he wanted to subjugate (for a limited time only). He could also create windows to any location in the world, but he couldn't do that now, as the artifact was missing from his glove. Starline stood before the bars where Zavok was locked up, persuading him to join and become the temporary leader.

Starline: "Obey me? No, what are you saying! I can't be a leader, I was created only to serve someone, to a certain extent."
