•Dr. Starline, an anthropomorphic platypus, wanted to take control of the world, and, as he puts it, to rid it of chaos and establish his own rules. Starline is hypocritical, cunning, intelligent, manipulative, and arrogant. He treats everyone like a gentleman, although in reality, he has many ulterior motives, and he can be extremely cruel. He has a glove with gold tips and a cutout in the middle of the back of his hand, where an artifact should be, but it is not yet there. On the soles of his boots are golden heel pads that, when struck, deliver a mild electric shock to the victim, paralyzing them for twenty minutes. Starline can also manipulate someone's mind for thirty minutes by holding his palm in front of the victim's face. He assembled a team of Mime, Raph, Tumble, and Zavok, giving Zavok leadership and freeing them all from prison, bringing them to his base while they were still unaware of their trap in the game.
