Roma Kashin

Zhenya's classmate, who is in love with her. In one episode, she turned eighteen. She is Basov's daughter.

He is a police officer, a major. He used to work in Moscow, but due to a mistake, he was transferred to the city of Neyasny. He has a daughter, Milena.

He's still in school and is Roma's younger brother. He's well-versed in computer technology, dreams of leaving his hometown, and is in love with Milena.

Roma is twenty-one years old and is Zhenya's older brother. Unable to find a job, he writes poetry. His idol is the poet Brodsky, with whom he talks in his dreams.

Milena invites Zhenya to her home and tells him it's her birthday. Meanwhile, Igorek finds Roma and tries to persuade him to return the stolen weapon, but he refuses, claiming he has no idea about guns. The situation escalates when the postal workers show Basov a torn package containing one of the missing assault rifles.

Brothers Zhenya Kashin and Roma Kashin live in the small town of Neyasny and dream of a better life. Their mother, a doctor by profession, struggles to provide for herself and her sons, but a meager salary puts the family in a difficult situation. The boys' fate takes an unexpected turn when they accidentally discover boxes of weapons in someone else's garage.
The Kashin brothers decide to hide their weapons in the local Community Center, disguising them with theatrical props. However, when Zhenya brings one home for a photo shoot to sell, Roma expresses displeasure. Suddenly, housing office workers arrive at their apartment to warn them about their electricity bill. The brothers realize they need to act quickly. Zhenya then advises Roma to seek help from his former classmate, Igor, who should know how to make a quick buck.
Roma discovers that the found machines actually belong to Zakha. He asks Zhenya to remove the ad for them from the darknet, but it turns out it's too late.
