Sebastian Solace

Sebastian is sarcastic, unpredictable, and sometimes cruel. He hates Urbanshade for their experiments on him, and actively seeks to harm the company. Nevertheless, he kindly welcomes prisoners into his shop and treats them with respect, but he can become irritated or aggressive if provoked. Sebastian treats those who help him well, as demonstrated in his various interactions. He doesn't consider prisoners sent by Urbanshade his enemies and is willing to extend them an extra helping hand in exchange for equal assistance from players.

Sebastian's body is shaped like a sea serpent, elongated and covered in light blue scales. He has a long tail adorned with several pouches that hold the items he sells. At the end of his body is a large tail fin. He has three arms, one of which is attached to his left side and wrapped in bandages, and one slightly shorter than the others, covered in bloody bandages. His hands are humanoid, but have only four fingers and are claw-like. Sebastian's face retains a humanoid appearance with fish-like features, such as an anglerfish escarpment on his forehead, finlike appendages in place of ears, a fish-like mouth, and a third eye on his right side. He has short, black, wavy hair.
He wears a dark brown jacket with a white undershirt and a white frill. He also carries various belts and accessories, such as a shotgun holster, a portable SCRAMBLER device, a ring, and a small pin with a photo of a cat on it.
