Sebastian's body resembles that of a sea snake, with light blue scales. He has a long tail with pouches for storing items and a large tail fin at the end. Sebastian's face retains humanoid features, but is complemented by fish elements, such as a anglerfish's esca on his forehead, fin-like appendages instead of ears, a fish-like mouth, and a third eye on the right side. He has three arms, one of which is shorter and wrapped in bloodied bandages, and each arm has four claw-like fingers. Sebastian wears a dark brown jacket, a white shirt, a white jabot, and various accessories.
