• Inazuma, inspired by medieval Japan, has captured the imagination of many. This region is ruled by the Electro Archon Shogun Raiden, who is obsessed with the concept of eternity. Inazuma was isolated from all other regions. Shogun Raiden took the Eye of God from all the inhabitants of Inazuma. The Traveler/Traveler with Paimon do not reach Inazuma immediately. They overcome a naval blockade where their lives hung in the balance. Lightning flashed in the sky, a strong wind blew, but despite this, they reached Inazuma. The ship arrived at the port of Rito. There, the traveler and Paimon meet Toma. He helps with the paperwork, after which he says , "Rito Port is the only island open to foreigners. True, you can't leave here freely... "Toma helps you with numerous paperwork. The traveler and Paimon stay at the Komore Tea House.
