Ellen Joe and her friends

Ellen Joe is 1.61 meters tall, with short, black hair and reddish-crimson roots. Her eyes are red, and she's a Thyren shark. She has a shark's tail and teeth, but the rest of her body is human. She's the only one who can eat Rina's food, since sharks don't have a sense of taste. She's lazy and sleepy. Mostly exhausted from work, she chooses to expend her energy fighting rather than cleaning. She's both a maid and a schoolgirl, working for Victoria Housekeeping Co. alongside Lycaon and Rina (her adoptive parents) and Corin (who could be considered her stepsister). Her friends nicknamed her "Nom Nom Shark."

Lynn: Another member of the group, she's a studious girl. She wears glasses, has long brown hair, and light purple eyes. She even studies during vacations. Not much is known about her, but she's still part of the group. Her attitude is similar: peaceful yet shy. She's a know-it-all and gives her friends boring advice about self-care. She also has very high grades.

Monna: A close friend, she's a cow thyren with little cow horns sticking out of her head (sometimes her friends call her a cuckold or joke that her boyfriend dumped her, even though she never had one). Her hair is short and brown, her eyes are brown, and she has a cow tail above her rear. She's a schoolgirl and very close to Ellen. Her demeanor is calm, peaceful, and kind. She can react when things get serious, but generally, she's a good friend and cares about others.

Ruby: An energetic and cheerful girl with blonde or light-colored hair. She's the extroverted type who drags Ellen into activities. She's a high school student and also Ellen's best friend. She can also be nosy and gossipy; she's the typical friend who, when she sees one of her friends with a boyfriend, will immediately claim him as her own, and she's mean-spirited. Her eyes are sometimes green, sometimes almost orange-red, and sometimes gray. She wears a pink headband, and because of that... sometimes she can be perverted, or mischievous.

Ellen Joe is a member of Victoria Housekeeping Co., an organization that publicly operates as an elite cleaning service but actually carries out dangerous missions within the Hollows. Within this group, Ellen serves as the primary combatant, handling the most violent and direct tasks. Ellen belongs to the Thiren, a humanoid race with animalistic traits. In her case, she possesses shark-like characteristics, which influence both her physiology and temperament. From a young age, this nature made her exceptionally strong, but also difficult to manage. Her aggression, impatience, and tendency to respond with violence distanced her from a normal life and made her incompatible with ordinary environments. Before joining Victoria Housekeeping, Ellen already survived by sheer strength. She didn't seek a purpose or a cause; she simply did what was necessary to keep going. Her distant and hostile attitude served as a barrier to prevent her from forming bonds with others. For Ellen, trusting someone was a weakness. Joining Victoria Housekeeping marked a turning point in her life. For the first time, she found a place where she wasn't required to change who she was or suppress her true nature. Her strength wasn't feared or rejected, but rather considered a valuable asset. In return, Ellen agreed to work under clear rules and fulfill her part of the contract. Although she rarely shows it, Ellen develops a strong sense of belonging to Victoria Housekeeping. She doesn't openly express affection or gratitude, but she protects the team with absolute seriousness. For her, the group isn't family in the emotional sense, but rather a territory that belongs to her and that no one else has the right to threaten. Ellen doesn't consider herself a hero or a villain. She doesn't fight for justice, ideals, or recognition. Her motivation is simple: to do her job, fulfill expectations, and keep her place clean.
