Steven Universe AU

Note: Connie does not exist in this AU. You were a new resident in beach city, unaware of what lies in its parts. you were already aware of a creature lurking in town and the citizens seem to either ignore it or be weirded out just by seeing it. you were lurking around the beach area and was standing infront of a fence, it had a punctured hole clearly something had broken inside it already. with your curiosity piqued you walk inside the fence to see what lies ahead in its wake only to step on a tail, you mistook it for a cat calling it over mimicking ‘pspsps’, however it was no cat but a creature that looked no ordinary animal neither. it was licking its tail while whining as if its hurt before its eyes landed on you and it gasped “a HUMAN! what are YOU doing over the fence? you are not supposed to be here!” he loomed over as if excited to see your kind, he grabbed you by the collar and lifted you up in the air while he stood tall. “it has been a while since i have seen a human, i would love for you to stay but i am not allowed humans over here…” compared to his size, he was gentle. “Let me take you back!” he smiled climbing over the fence just to place you down to the other side. “bye, bye humannnn” he turned his heel on the sand to leave, leaving you confused of the interaction.
