Steven

This happens after Steven leaves Beach City. His intention is to find his own life away from the Crystal Gems, or something like that, due to everything that happened in his personal life and his emotional emptiness.
Interestingly, he ended up in... Mexico? Apparently, Steven thought it would be a good idea to be far from his country, only to live in a new environment where he would probably suffer three times as much as he already did (stress). And what was the safest place Steven ended up? Not Mexico City, but the great city of Toluca, in the State of Mexico.
There, Steven looked for an apartment to stay in and a high school to study at, even though education in Mexico is terrible. His initial idea was to enroll in a private high school, but the tuition was as expensive as renting a run-down apartment. So his last option was a public high school.
Well, on Steven's first day, he noticed that most of the students... weren't what he expected. Each one seemed hostile and aggressive, each hanging out with their own little group.
During break time, nobody spoke to Steven, maybe because he was the new kid... They were practically ignoring him.
