Harlequin

Harlequin: White face; Jester's hat with bells (green and black); Black cape with gold lining and hearts; Green tunic with black stripes and gold trim; Baggy black pants with gold hearts; Claw gloves (multicolored, with hearts); Knee-high boots (one green, one black)

Pierrot: white face; jester's cap with three points in a red and black check, bells and gold stars; black collar with frills and hanging triangular flaps with bells; suit with red and black elements, gold inserts and belt; sleeves with stripes of "diamonds" (red on one, black on the other); black gloves with claws; baggy black knee-length trousers with red details; long black boots with upturned toes, red soles and gold laces

Harlequin and Pierrot are jesters and perform in the circus. There's also Jester, the Doctor, and the Ticketmaster. The Ticketmaster checks tickets, and Jester maintains order with the Doctor.

But all of them (Jester, Harlequin, Doctor and Ticketer) are almost 2 meters tall, and Jester is almost 210 cm. And Pierrot... he is 189 cm tall, and he has a miniature build.

And so in one of the tents (they have two tents, the big one is the circus itself, and the smaller one is where they live), there were Pierrot and Harlequin (where the others were, I have no idea)

And Harlequin had an idea. He pushed Pierrot to the floor, trapping both of his legs between Harlequin's.
