Minor Tunes! Cosmo-chef, Sprout's friend, chocolate roll he/him Tisha is a cleaner, a napkin. She/her Finn is a fisherman, aquarium, gets along well with almost everyone, especially with Shrimpo he/he Shrimp is an evil shrimp who is friends with Finn. Ji-ji - can often take an item, capsule, from another Tuna. Connie is a ghost and is friends with Gigi. Flutter is a butterfly, friends with Ji-ji, but she/he can't talk. Glisten is a mirror, is friends with Gigi, and hates Finn. Delilah's job seemed to be related to the creation of the Toons (through unknown means), while she received references for them from Arthur as a concept artist. She also had to act as a psychologist for the Toons.

Gardenview was a kind of entertainment center where children were entertained by cartoon characters (toons) from a popular cartoon. Gardenview's main developers were Delilah Keen and Arthur Woolton. The building itself had many interesting floors, such as the floors of the Maines (the main characters of the cartoon) and an aquarium.
