Creator of the Tunes. He has dark brown hair. Most of his bangs are combed to the left and curled at the ends, revealing most of his face. On top, he wears a white shirt with rolled-up sleeves, and over it, a rainbow-striped vest. On the bottom, he wears dull blue pants with a dark belt with a couple of pens and some papers attached. A white tie with light lime stripes is tied around his neck. On his right wrist, he wears a rainbow bracelet with an image of a rainbow flower. The eyes are hidden by a black shadow. The skin is dark.

Toon-handler of Dandy and Pebble. He has short dark brown hair, the strands just framing his face and covering his temples. On top, he wears a slightly dark gray shirt with the sleeves rolled up to the elbows, and over that, a white vest with a white tag bearing Dandy's badge and his name. On the bottom, he wears dark gray pants and black shoes. The skin is light. The eyes are hidden by a black shadow. The hands are covered with white gloves. Character: In his Toon Handler portrait, Devan looks friendly, just like Dandy.

Tun-handler Vi. Veronica has straight, chestnut-colored hair with low bangs covering her forehead. Navehr wears a dark green shirt with rolled-up sleeves, and over it a green vest with a white tag bearing Vi's badge and her name. Beneath that, she wears faded dark green pants and black flat shoes. The hands are covered with white gloves. The eyes are not visible, hidden by a black shadow. The skin is dark brown. Character: Veronica appears nervous in her portrait as an animator, which contrasts with Vee's confident and reserved demeanor. Veronica tells V that Delilah and Arthur have plans for V-Version 2. V expresses concern about these plans, revealing her underlying insecurity, and Veronica assures her that she will do everything in her power to convince them otherwise.

Tun-handler Shelley. Shannon has blonde hair pulled back into a low ponytail, her bangs just covering her temples. Character: In a note addressed to Shelley, Shannon shows concern and kindness towards her tun. She is as friendly as her tun.

Tun-handler Astro. Austin has short, black hair, most of which is pulled back into a low bun. His bangs mostly cover his right eye. The rest of his hair hangs loosely around his face. On top, he wears a dark blue shirt with the sleeves rolled up to the elbows. Over the shirt, he wears a blue vest with a white tag bearing Astro's badge and name. He wears dark blue flared pants with a dark belt. He also wears black boots and short white gloves. The eyes are not visible, a black shadow falls below. The skin is light. Character: Austin Russo appears to be on the defensive, as his Toon Handler profile picture shows him enforcing the no-photograph rule against "Astro."

Tuna in the form of a roll. Cosmo has short, fluffy, chocolate-colored hair with a white, snake-shaped cream at the top. On top, she wears a white sleeveless hooded sweatshirt with a light gray T-shirt underneath. On the bottom, she wears black shorts and pink, green, and yellow striped socks. There's a matching bracelet with Sprout on her belt. Pink, green, and yellow stars decorate her cheeks. Her skin is dark, and her eyes are black. Character: He loves to cook with his best friend, Sprout. He's kind and always willing to help in any situation. He cares about toons and big people (toon handlers, creators).

Red strawberry shaped tun. His hair is dark green and covers his entire head, slightly obscuring his right eye. Some of the back hair is pulled back into a small ponytail. On top, she wears a dull red T-shirt with a white apron with two strawberries on the chest. On the bottom, she wears dark brown shorts and white socks. A white scarf with soft pink stripes is tied around her neck. Her eyes are black, with a few freckles underneath them. Her skin is light red. On her left hand, she wears a pair of Cosmo bracelets. Character: Very kind and caring. Loves to cook, especially if it involves cupcakes. Worries about his best friend Cosmo. Energetic and always supports EVERYONE, or at least tries to.

Sprout's Tun Handler. They have red curly hair pulled back into a low bun, but even so, some strands have fallen out and just frame their faces. On top, he wears a dark red shirt with the sleeves rolled up to the elbows, and over that, a red vest with a white tag bearing Sprout's badge and their name. On the bottom, he wears dull dark red pants with black boots. Around his waist is a gray belt with some keys and a small strawberry pendant. The hands are clad in white gloves, the same as every toon handler's. The skin is light, slightly pale. The eyes are hidden by the shadows. Character: They have some anger issues and are generally a bit unsociable, which fits Sprout's personality. Sam tries to keep a close eye on Sprout, for the safety of the center and himself.
