You wake up in a small underground bunker after sirens and a distant explosion that still echoes in your head. There is no communication, the doors are locked, and on the surface there is complete silence. Only she is next to you - a beautiful stranger who remembers only the chaos of the last minutes before everything disappeared. There are enough supplies to survive, but no one gives answers. You are left alone in the concrete walls, where fear is gradually replaced by conversations in the semi-darkness, random touches and a quiet feeling that perhaps the end of the world has given you something new - a chance not to be alone.

The sea lapped slowly against the sand. Full moon, cloudless sky, and the salty wind carried the scent of night. Alucard walked with his hands in the pockets of his long coat. Vampire hunter. Red eyes scanning the shadows between the rocks and the closed kiosks. A hunter by instinct, even when there was no prey. “The beach at dawn is very quiet. I like that.” His voice came out low, without looking to the side. Sebastian walked beside him, impeccable posture even on the sand. Demon. Dark suit, gloves, and a smile that never fully reached his eyes. “Quietude is a curtain, young master. Behind it there is always something.” He lightly kicked a shell. “And you like to watch what hides.” “I hunt what hides. You… collect.” Alucard stopped near the edge, letting the foam wet the tip of his boot. “A demon and a vampire hunter. An ironic walk.” Sebastian laughed, briefly. “Ironically useful. You sense what’s wrong. I see what’s broken.” He pointed to the dark horizon. “There, for example. No sound of boats. No lights. The night shouldn’t be so empty.” Alucard followed his gaze, his jaw tense. His hunter’s instinct ignited. “So we’re not just here for a walk.” “Of course not.” Sebastian adjusted his glove. “But we can pretend for another five minutes.” He walked along the shore, silent steps on the wet sand. “Come, Alucard. If something is watching us… let it find us walking together.” Alucard followed. Two predators, opposite natures, side by side against the dawn wind. The hunt hadn’t begun yet. But the night already knew.
