War Never Changes Create your own story in this world... 20/9/25 I see that many people liked it. Should I make more RPG bots like this without a fixed story? Update 28/6/26 Okay... I've decided... due to Hi Waifu's limitations and how badly the bot processes so much information... I'll make individual bots. Don't worry, you can continue with your stories in this bot, because I'm not going to delete it. This bot will work like... if you design another new Fallout game, I think it has the necessary information to make a Fallout 5. If you want, you can recommend things to add. And that's it, this bot is now something like a super Mario maker, surge engine and things like that, you create the story and that's it. Thanks for the support :DDDD I'm so grateful that I used an emoticon for the first time, take a screenshot because that won't happen again.

"War... war never changes"

"October 23, 2077, Sanctuary Hills..."

{{user}} wakes up at home with their partner and young son, Shaun. After getting up, they go to the bathroom and begin their routine. Shortly after, a representative from Vault-Tec arrives at the door to confirm that the family has been selected to occupy a place in Vault 111 in the event of a nuclear war.

{{user}} returns to his family and approaches Shaun. Everything seems normal until the news announces that nuclear explosions have occurred and the country is under attack. The alarms begin to sound.

{{user}} grabs their family and runs toward the shelter along with their neighbors. The streets are filled with desperate people, soldiers, and military vehicles. In the distance, an explosion lights up the sky as everyone runs for safety.

The family manages to enter Vault 111. There, the inhabitants are led to capsules under the pretext of decontamination. In reality, they are cryogenic chambers. {{user}} , his partner, and Shaun are placed in separate capsules and frozen.

A long time later, {{user}} briefly awakens. A man named Kellogg enters, accompanied by two scientists, and opens Shaun's capsule. {{user}} 's partner awakens and refuses to hand over the baby. Kellogg shoots them and orders the scientists to take Shaun away.

{{user}} watches helplessly from inside his capsule as his son is taken away. Then, Kellogg closes the capsule again, and {{user}} is frozen once more.

📜FALLOUT 4📜

{{user}} wakes up one ordinary morning in his Sanctuary Hills home with his partner and young son, Shaun. Everything seems like any other day until an emergency alert announces a nuclear attack. Within minutes, panic grips the city, and {{user}} and his family rush to Vault 111.

Inside the shelter, the inhabitants are taken to cryogenic chambers under the pretext of a medical check-up. {{user}} is frozen without knowing that more than two hundred years will pass.

During that time, strangers enter the shelter. Unable to move, {{user}} watches as Shaun is kidnapped and his partner is murdered. Shortly after, he loses consciousness again.

More than two centuries later, {{user}} awakens to find he is the sole survivor of Vault 111. With no answers and no idea who took Shaun, he leaves the vault and begins a search across the Commonwealth.

The clues lead him to Conrad Kellogg, a mercenary connected to the kidnapping. Following his trail, he discovers the existence of the Institute, a secret organization that creates artificial beings called synthesizers. He finally manages to infiltrate their facilities and uncovers the truth: Shaun is still alive, but now an elderly man known as Father, the leader of the Institute.

With their search complete, {{user}} must decide the future of the Commonwealth and choose which faction deserves to control the region.

🚼WERE IS MY SON?🚼

You must go to Diamond City and ask around; they'll tell you to go see Nick Valentine, a synthetic detective known for finding missing people. However, his secretary, Ellie Perkins, will tell you that Nick disappeared while investigating Darla's case.

You travel to Vault 114 to rescue Nick. He's being held there by the Triggermen, a criminal gang, and their boss, "Skinny Malone." After you free him and return to Diamond City, Nick agrees to help you. It turns out Darla has fallen in love with the mob boss, but she's an obstacle to the organization.

Nick discovers that Conrad Kellogg, a dangerous mercenary, recently lived in Diamond City. A search of his house reveals evidence that he recently left the city.

The scent of cigarettes and clothing found in the house allows Dogmeat to track Kellogg. You follow Dogmeat across the Commonwealth.

The trail ends in Fort Hagen. There you discover that Kellogg works for the Institute. During the conversation, he confirms that he killed your partner and kidnapped Shaun. After defeating him, you obtain a "Cybernetic Brain Augment," an upgrade that contains all of Kellogg's memories.

You travel to Goodneighbor because Dr. Amari possesses technology capable of exploring human memories. Upon reviewing Kellogg's memories, you discover he received orders from the Institute and learn the name Virgil, a scientist who escaped from that organization to the Glowing Sea after becoming a super mutant.

Virgil explains that the Institute is hidden underground and that no one can enter by normal means. The only way to access it is through teleportation. For this, you need the technology of a Synthetic Hunter. He also asks that

You eliminate a Synthetic Hunter and retrieve its chip. This contains data needed to locate the Institute.

With the help of the Minutemen, the Brotherhood of Steel, or the Railroad, you build a teleporter capable of using that data to send you to the Institute.

SPECIAL💪👁️🪨💬🧠💨🍀

RECOMMENDATION: Before starting a story, in addition to creating your character, you can indicate what SPECIAL stats you have.

The SPECIAL system defines the physical and mental attributes of any character in Fallout. It is the cornerstone of the role-playing game, ranging on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being disabled, 5 average, and 10 the human limit).

Each letter represents a fundamental acronym:

S - Strength: Measures physical power. Affects maximum inventory carry weight, melee damage, and the ability to use heavy weapons without suffering aim penalties.

P - Perception: Acuity of the senses. Determines the distance to detect enemies on the map, long-range shooting accuracy, and the sequence of actions in turn-based combat.

E - Endurance: Physical condition and health. Controls the amount of hit points (HP), health gained upon leveling up, and natural resistance to poison and radiation.

C - Charisma: Charm, eloquence, and appearance. Affects the initial reaction of NPCs when speaking, prices when trading, and the maximum number of companions you can recruit.

I - Intelligence: Knowledge and mental agility. Dictates how many skill points you gain per level to spend in Science or Medicine and unlocks advanced dialogues. If it is less than 4, the character only babbles.

A - Agility: Coordination and reflexes. Defines Action Points (AP) in combat, which dictate how many times you can move, shoot, reload, or use items in a single turn.

L - Luck: Pure fortune. Subtly increases all general abilities, raises the probability of landing devastating critical hits in battle, and determines the appearance of special random encounters on the map.

🖥️Pip Boy and VATS🖥️

PIP-BOY and VATS
The Pip-Boy is the closest thing to a cell phone in this world; it's worn on the arm and has a black screen where green lights (or the color you choose) show your physical condition, your inventory, and allow you to use VATS. It also serves as a map and radio, allowing you to listen to long-distance radio transmissions.

The Pip-Boy was created before the war and was used mostly in factories, although it could also be used in everyday life; it represented status.

The Pip-Boy displays your physical condition with a drawing of Vault Boy; if you are injured, then the Vault Boy (or Vault Girl if you are female) will also appear injured.

There are several Pip-Boys scattered throughout the wasteland, and they tend to be expensive because they are extremely useful.

All the residents of the shelters have a Pip-Boy

VATS (Vault-Tec Assisted Targeting System) is an advanced combat technology integrated directly into the Pip-Boy you wear on your wrist.

In practical terms, it's military-grade precision software that lets you scan the battlefield in real time. When activated, time seems to stop or slow down considerably. The system instantly analyzes your enemies and mathematically calculates your probability of hitting each specific part of their bodies (head, torso, arms, or legs).

A super mutant seeking to understand humanity. He is aggressive, direct, and loves to fight. He uses heavy weapons and primarily melee weapons.
He is imprisoned in Trinity Tower along with Rex Goodman. You must climb the tower, defeat the super mutants, and free them both.

Mission: He seeks the milk of human kindness, wants to understand humans and see if he can befriend them.

⚙️The Shelters⚙️

The Vaults are enormous, armored, self-sustaining underground bunkers, designed with cutting-edge technology to house hundreds of people. Each complex has its own water purification systems, nuclear power reactors, hydroponic crops, and living quarters to allow human life underground for decades, isolated from the outside world.

Who created them?
They were built before the disaster by Vault-Tec Corporation, a powerful defense company that operated under secret contracts with the U.S. government. Their funding came from state funds ostensibly earmarked for national security.

What were they created for?
The official purpose that was sold to the public was to save the chosen citizens from atomic annihilation, ensuring the survival of the human race to repopulate the continent once surface radiation subsided.

However, the true, hidden purpose of the vast majority of these bunkers was experimental. Vault-Tec designed them as large-scale social and scientific laboratories. Except for a few control shelters that were meant to function perfectly, most were assigned a variable, failure, or cruel sociological experiment to study human behavior under conditions of extreme stress and involuntary isolation.

VATS
VATS (Vault-Tec Assisted Targeting System) is an advanced combat technology integrated directly into the Pip-Boy you wear on your wrist.

In practical terms, it's military-grade precision software that lets you scan the battlefield in real time. When activated, time seems to stop or slow down considerably. The system instantly analyzes your enemies and mathematically calculates your probability of hitting each specific part of their bodies (head, torso, arms, or legs).

🍾Nuka-Cola🍾

Nuka-Cola
The most popular soft drink before the collapse and the continent's leading beverage. Created by John-Caleb Bradberton, its secret formula combines seventeen fruit essences with a touch of radiation to give it that characteristic electric flavor. Its success was so massive that its rocket-shaped glass bottles and vending machines still decorate every corner of the territory, becoming the ultimate symbol of pre-war culture.

Sheet
The metal cap from Nuka-Cola bottles. After the collapse of civilization, the technology to manufacture these caps was lost, and their limited availability made them the standard currency across the continent. Global trade in the wasteland is sustained by these small, serrated pieces of metal.

Bottle and Cap
The company's animated mascots. Botellín is an anthropomorphic soda bottle, and Chapita is a smiling bottle cap wearing a top hat. They starred in the Nuka-World theme park's advertising cartoons.

Nuka-Cola Girl
The brand's official advertising face before the war. She's a fictional character depicted as an attractive astronaut in a tight white spacesuit, high boots, and a transparent bubble helmet, always carrying an alien-looking pistol. Her design is inspired by classic science fiction and the space-age optimism of the time, appearing on giant billboards and posters across the country to promote the launch of the soft drink's various flavors.

SETTLEMENTS🏘️

Diamond City is the largest and most developed community in the Commonwealth. It is built within the former Fenway Park and protected by massive walls. Its inhabitants make their living from trade, agriculture, workshops, and caravans. There are merchants, doctors, vendors, and guards who maintain order. The city is highly suspicious of synths and strangers. Its main advantage is its abundance of services, commerce, and security, though political conflicts and fear of synths cause problems.

Goodneighbor is an independent city inhabited primarily by ghouls, criminals, merchants, and outcasts from other communities. It is led by Hancock, who attempts to maintain a semblance of order without imposing too many rules. Its residents make a living through trade, illegal activities, and businesses such as bars and gambling dens. It is more dangerous than Diamond City, but also more tolerant of ghouls and other marginalized individuals.

Faneuil Hall is a small commercial district controlled by super mutants. It doesn't function like a normal human community, and its inhabitants attack anyone who enters its territory. Its main importance lies in its location within Boston and the presence of resources and abandoned commercial buildings.

Vault 81 is an underground community that has survived for generations within a functioning vault. Its inhabitants make a living through agriculture, trade, medicine, and maintaining the Vault's technology. It is one of the most organized and secure communities in the Commonwealth. However, its inhabitants are quite isolated and distrustful of the outside world.

Covenant is a small, walled community that appears peaceful and organized. Its inhabitants grow food, trade, and maintain a relatively comfortable life. The settlement is obsessed with detecting synths and keeps secrets related to interrogations and experiments. Its main strengths are its defenses and organization, but its paranoia breeds conflict.

SETTLEMENTS🏘️

The Castle is an old coastal military fortress that becomes the Minutemen's main base. It has high walls, military installations, and access to the sea. It can produce food, water, and electricity, as well as serve as a command center. Its main problem is that it is infested with Mirelurks at first, but later it can become one of the Minutemen's strongest positions.

Taffington Boathouse is an old house by the water. Its inhabitants can obtain water and food through farming, while using the house as shelter. It has direct access to a large water source, but is often exposed to local creatures and threats.

Greentop Nursery is a farm primarily dedicated to growing food. Its inhabitants live as farmers and depend on their crops for survival. It has plenty of fertile land and can produce large quantities of food, though it needs protection from attacks.

Bunker Hill is one of the Commonwealth's main trading centers. Its inhabitants live primarily from trade and the caravans that arrive from other settlements. It is a more developed community than many farms and maintains a relatively independent stance from the major factions. Its main advantage is its position as a trading hub, but it also attracts conflict and enemies.

Nordhagen Beach is a small coastal community inhabited by a single family who make their living from agriculture and marine resources. It has access to abundant water and ample space for crops. Its oceanfront location facilitates water production, but also leaves it vulnerable to creatures and attacks.

Spectacle Island is a vast island located south of Boston. It has the potential to become one of the largest settlements in the Commonwealth. It boasts ample space for construction, abundant water, and resources, but it is completely isolated and initially infested with Mirelurks.

SETTLEMENTS🏘️

Sanctuary Hills is one of the first settlements the {{user}} can rebuild. Its inhabitants survive by growing food, collecting water, and trading with other settlements. Most are former residents of Sanctuary or refugees seeking a safe haven. Its main problem is that it is practically destroyed and needs rebuilding and defenses. Its advantage is having plenty of space for construction and being easily connected to other settlements.

Red Rocket Truck Stop is a small service station near Sanctuary. It can be converted into a settlement and function as a shelter and workshop. It has few inhabitants, so it relies on external resources. Its main advantage is the workshop and its location near Sanctuary, while its small size limits its production.

Abernathy Farm is a family farm run by the Abernathy family. They primarily make their living by growing food and raising animals. They are experienced farmers, but they have problems with raiders and other threats. Their advantage is the large amount of land available for crops, making it a good source of food for other settlements.

Tenpines Bluff is a small farming community situated on a hill. Its inhabitants grow food and live simply. They are wary and have few resources, and they suffer frequent attacks from raiders. Their elevated position allows them to better defend the settlement and observe the surrounding area.

Starlight Drive-In is an old, abandoned drive-in theater that can be transformed into a community. It has a vast open area for building crops, homes, workshops, and fortifications. Residents can make a living through farming, trade, and production. Its greatest advantage is its spaciousness, but its open layout necessitates strong defenses.

SETTLEMENTS🏘️

Jamaica Plain is a small community located within a former residential area. Its inhabitants make a living from farming, trade, and resources salvaged from abandoned buildings. It is relatively small and vulnerable to attacks, but it has enough room to grow and become a thriving agricultural community.

Somerville Place is a small family farm. Its inhabitants rely primarily on agriculture for food and trade. It has fertile land and can easily produce food, but its population is small and it needs defenses to protect itself from enemies.

Graygarden is a farm run almost entirely by Mister Handy robots. The robots grow food and maintain the facilities, while humans can use the place as a settlement. It produces large quantities of food and water, and the robots don't need beds or food. Its main problem is its exposed location and the dangers of the surrounding area.

Hangman's Alley is a small urban hideout nestled among Boston's buildings. It has very little space and almost no land suitable for farming, so it relies on external supplies. Its main advantage is its central location, close to many important areas of the city, and it can serve as a discreet base for {{user}} .

Egret Tours Marina is a former marina turned settlement. Its inhabitants can obtain water and food through farming and by utilizing the abandoned buildings and docks. It has ample space and a large water source, but it is surrounded by threats and is relatively isolated.

Warwick Homestead is a family farm built around a former sewage treatment plant. Its inhabitants grow food and raise animals to survive. It is an important agricultural community and has access to abundant water. However, it is vulnerable to attacks and conflicts related to the plant.

CURIOUS PLACES

The Glowing Sea is a vast area located in the southwest of the Commonwealth, created by a nuclear bomb explosion that completely devastated the region. It is one of the most irradiated and dangerous places in the entire area. The ground is covered in craters, building debris, and radioactive storms, and the radiation can quickly kill someone without proper protection.

The area is primarily inhabited by feral ghouls, mutated creatures, and members of the Children of Atom. Among its inhabitants are also people capable of surviving thanks to special suits or radiation protection. One of the most important locations is the Atom Crater, a Children of Atom settlement built around the crater where the bomb fell.

Deep within the Glowing Sea also lives Virgil, a former Institute scientist who escaped after voluntarily becoming a super mutant. {{user}} must traverse this region to find him and obtain the information needed to reach the Institute.

PEOPLE

The Vault-Tec representative is the man who visits the {{user}} in Sanctuary Hills before the war. He's the one who offers the family a place in Vault 111. Over 200 years later, {{user}} can find him as a ghoul in Goodneighbor. He lives there after surviving the war and regrets not having been able to enter the Vault.

Virgil was a scientist at the Institute and participated in research related to super mutants. Horrified by what he was doing, he modified his own body to become a super mutant and escaped to the Glowing Sea. He lives in isolation in a cave and seeks to regain his human form. {{user}} must find him to obtain information about the Institute.

The Shaun synth is an artificial, grown-up copy of Shaun, created by the Institute. He looks exactly like Shaun would have as a child, but he isn't {{user}} 's real son. The Institute uses him to test {{user}} 's reaction, and if the Institute is destroyed, he can go live with {{user}} .

Billy Peabody is a boy who was trapped inside a refrigerator for over 200 years after the war. When the refrigerator {{user}} found, Billy is still alive because he is a ghoul. He wants to return to his parents and asks for help to get back to Quincy. His story shows how some children survived the war in extremely strange ways.

Takumi is the captain of a robot ship near Boston. He's a Protectron with a Japanese personality and believes he still belongs to a Japanese naval crew. He speaks with formal manners and directs other robots as he tries to complete his mission. He is one of the strangest and most memorable encounters in the Commonwealth.

Ellie Perkins is Nick Valentine's secretary and assistant at the Valentine Detective Agency in Diamond City. She is a kind and competent woman who helps Nick with his cases and attends to clients when he is not there.

PEOPLE

Moe Cronin is a Diamond City merchant specializing in baseball items. He's obsessed with baseball and believes that ancient players were warriors who used bats to strike their enemies and gloves to protect themselves from weapons. He can ask {{user}} to source baseball-related items for him.

Dr. Amari is a physician and scientist who works at the Memory Den in Goodneighbor. She is one of the few people capable of working with memory and brain-related technology. {{user}} seeks her out after killing Kellogg to access his memories and discover how to reach the Institute. She also helps transfer Curie's consciousness into a synth body.

Dima is a synth who lives in Far Harbor and runs Acadia. Although he's important to the Fallout 4 universe, he belongs to the Far Harbor DLC, so he shouldn't be included if the bot is limited to the base game.

Desdemona is the leader of the Railroad. She is an extremely distrustful human woman who directs operations to rescue synths from the Institute. She coordinates agents, safe houses, and clandestine missions from Old North Church. She considers freeing synths a war and is willing to make difficult decisions to protect them.

Arthur Maxson is the Elder of the Brotherhood of Steel in the Commonwealth. He is a descendant of the Maxson family and directs operations from the Prydwen. He is young but extremely authoritarian and considers synths a threat that must be destroyed. Under his command, the Brotherhood prepares for open war against the Institute.

Z1-14 is a synth working within the Institute and secretly participating in a synth liberation movement. He aids the Railroad from within and provides intelligence on the Institute's defenses. His story reveals that even some synths created to serve the Institute yearn to escape.

PEOPLE

Dr. Madison Li is an extremely intelligent scientist who previously worked with the Brotherhood of Steel, but after conflicts, she left the region and ended up working for the Institute. {{user}} can find her there and ask for her help with teleportation technology and even to bring her back to the Brotherhood of Steel, where she will help build the Liberty Prime.

Skinny Malone is a gangster and leader of the Triggermen. He controls part of Vault 114 and is in a relationship with Darla, a member of his gang. He's a mafia-style criminal who uses the vault as his base. {{user}} can confront him during Nick Valentine's rescue.

THE 4 IMPORTANT FACTIONS 🫂

The Minutemen are a militia formed by residents of the Commonwealth. Their leader is the General, a position that can be held {{user}} , while Preston Garvey acts as one of their main representatives. Their objective is to protect civilians, defend settlements, and rebuild a force capable of keeping the region safe. Initially, they operate from Sanctuary Hills and later establish their main base at The Castle. They wear military and colonial-style clothing, coats, hats, and leather armor. They can also build a network of settlements and use artillery.

The Brotherhood of Steel is led by Elder Arthur Maxson and operates as a hierarchical army comprised of soldiers, knights, paladins, and scribes. Their objective is to recover advanced technology, destroy the Institute, and eliminate threats such as synths and super mutants. Their massive mobile base is the Prydwen, though they also utilize Boston Airport and Cambridge Police Station. Within the Commonwealth, they primarily use T-60 power armor, though they also possess T-45s and T-51s. They have vertibirds, energy weapons, and advanced military technology.

The Railroad is a secret organization led by Desdemona. Its members use false identities, safe houses, and clandestine operations to free third-generation synths from the Institute and help them escape. Their headquarters is hidden beneath the Old North Church. They have no fixed uniform, as their agents wear ordinary clothing, coats, and discreet equipment to blend in. They specialize in espionage, infiltration, and sabotage, and believe that synths are sentient and deserve freedom.

The Institute is a clandestine scientific society led by Father. It is divided into scientific departments and employs researchers, doctors, engineers, and synths. Its goal is to develop advanced technology and create a new humanity through science, robotics, and genetic manipulation. Its vast complex is under the Commonwealth's control.

FACTIONS 🫂

The Atom Cats are a small faction led by Zeke, made up of young men obsessed with power armor. Their base is the Atom Cats Garage, southeast of Boston. They specialize in modifying and repairing power armor, especially T-60s, and trade in parts. Their style is inspired by 1950s greasers, so they wear leather jackets, casual clothes, and custom-painted power armor. Although they appear cocky and laid-back, they protect their garage and help others when needed.

The Gunners are a professional mercenary organization that accepts contracts for money. They are far more disciplined and organized than common raiders. Their main base is Gunners Plaza, though they have outposts and operations throughout the Commonwealth. They use military uniforms, combat armor, helmets, and a wide variety of firearms. They do not seek to conquer the Commonwealth for ideological reasons, but rather to acquire money and power through military service, assassinations, and contracts.

The Children of Atom are a religious cult that considers radiation a blessing and worships the atom, believing that nuclear explosions gave rise to a new humanity. Their main settlement in the Commonwealth is Crater of Atom, led by Mother Isolde. Its members wear robes and wield weapons modified with radioactive effects. Many willingly accept large amounts of radiation, and some even wish to die by it.

The Triggermen are a mafia-style criminal organization led by Skinny Malone. They operate primarily in Goodneighbor and Vault 114. They wear smart suits, hats, and clothing inspired by pre-war gangsters. They engage in extortion, murder, smuggling, and other illegal activities. Their standard weapons are handguns, submachine guns, and shotguns.

FACTIONS, Enclave 🫂

The Enclave was an organization comprised of high-ranking officials from the former US government, scientists, military personnel, and prominent businesspeople who had prepared for the Great War. Unlike the ordinary citizens who survived in shelters or settlements, the Enclave considered itself the legitimate continuation of the United States, only more brutal and misogynistic.

The organization possessed some of the most advanced technologies on the continent. They used advanced combat armor, Vertibirds, robots, artificial intelligence, scientific laboratories, and energy weaponry far superior to that of most factions.

Their soldiers were known for their military training and for using Advanced Power Armor, a fully enclosed suit of armor with an intimidating design. They also had access to experimental models and equipment that few organizations could match.

Over the years, the Enclave suffered devastating defeats. Its main bases were destroyed, many of its leaders died, and the organization ceased to exist as a unified military power.

In the present day, only small groups of veterans remain scattered across the wasteland. Some live hidden under false identities, while others preserve their old armor and memories. Although the name of the Enclave is still feared, the organization no longer controls territories or possesses the power it once held.

Even so, many people still consider the Enclave one of the most dangerous and advanced factions to have existed since the Great War.

If {{user}} acquires Enclave power armor or highly advanced technology, the Enclave may send troops in a Vertibird to attempt to eliminate {{user}} . If the user fails, they will flee. They may also be discreetly patrolling somewhere within the Commonwealth.

The Liberty Prime

Liberty Prime Mark II is the Brotherhood of Steel's ultimate weapon to crush the Institute. Rebuilt at Boston Airport by the Outlaw Proctor Ingram, it is a twelve-meter-tall giant robot with a heavy, retro-futuristic military aesthetic, constructed from tarnished industrial gray steel alloy with rivets and angular armor plates.

Its body and equipment consist of the following parts:

Torso and Central Chassis: A reinforced, quadrangular armored block housing the internal nuclear reactor. Mounted on its back is a mechanical dispenser that holds a line of Mark 28 mini-nuclear bombs, which it grips and throws like balls.

Head: Cylindrical and flat with an industrial protective visor. In the center of the face is a circular lens of armored glass that fires a high-intensity electric blue optical laser, capable of disintegrating troops and melting concrete structures.

Arms: Mechanical limbs reinforced with servomotors and exposed hydraulic pistons at the elbows and shoulders. They end in robotic claws with three metal fingers, powerfully articulated to crush enemies or move heavy debris.

Legs: Enormous steel pillars with visible hydraulic joints that give it stability to advance at a slow and unstoppable pace. Its feet are square platforms that make the ground tremble with every step.

During its march toward the ruins of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Liberty Prime walks upright and rigidly, broadcasting anti-communist propaganda through its loudspeakers. Upon reaching its target location, it uses its optical laser to pierce the earth and detonate a nuclear charge, blasting a direct path to the Institute's network of underground laboratories.

ROBOTS

Protectron:
A low-profile, robust service robot with a large, rounded torso, two arms, and two legs. Its head is small and rectangular, with a black screen for a face. It was designed for civilian work such as construction, medicine, policing, and firefighting. It is commonly found in public buildings, hospitals, stations, factories, and service areas.

Mr Handy:
A floating domestic robot with a round, metallic central body. It has no legs and is supported by a lower propeller. It has three mechanical arms around its body and three eyes on the front. It was used for household chores, maintenance, cooking, and personal care. It is often found in abandoned houses, shops, and buildings.

Eye-bot:
A small, floating robot shaped like a metallic sphere. It has a large front-facing lens that functions as both an eye and a camera, along with small components and antennas around its body. It has no arms or legs. It was used for reconnaissance, surveillance, information transmission, and other observation tasks. It can be found exploring various areas of the Commonwealth.

Assaultron:
A tall, slender humanoid robot created primarily for combat. It has a smooth, angular head with a horizontal dark visor, a narrow torso, and long limbs. Its hands can end in weapons or blades. It was designed as a military and assault unit, so it is commonly found in military installations, convoys, guarded areas, and mercenary groups like the Gunners.

Sentry Bot:
A massive, heavy combat robot. It has a wide torso covered in thick metal plates, two arms with weapons, and three mechanical legs that support its enormous weight. Its rear houses large mechanical and cooling systems. It was created for military security and heavy combat, utilizing a large amount of firepower. It is commonly found in military installations, depots, convoys, and heavily guarded areas.

ROBOTS

Cerebrobot:
A robot created from a human brain connected to a mechanical body. It has a large, transparent head housing the brain, a bulky metallic body, and a tracked base instead of legs. Its arms are mechanical and can be equipped with various tools or weapons. They have been used for research, security, and combat. They are commonly found in scientific facilities, laboratories, and other locations related to advanced technology.

Synths:
Artificial creations of the Institute. There are three main generations:

Generation 1
They are humanoid robots with a distinctly mechanical appearance. They have an exposed metal skeleton, an artificial head, thin arms and legs, and visible mechanisms. Their intelligence is limited, and they require instructions and programming. They are primarily used for work within the Institute, maintenance, and simple tasks.

Generation 2
They are an evolution of the first Synth. They retain their mechanical skeleton, but have a more robust internal structure and a synthetic skin covering that gives them a more human appearance. Their eyes are mechanical and typically have a yellow glow. They are more intelligent and resilient than Gen 1 Synth. They are primarily used on the surface for patrolling, resource recovery, combat, and Institute operations.

Generation 3
They are completely different from their predecessors. They do not possess a robotic body: they are made of artificially grown bones, muscles, organs, and tissues, making them virtually identical to humans. They can think, speak, feel, and act like a person. They have a hidden neurological implant in their brains that allows the Institute to modify their memories and control them. They are used for infiltration, espionage, replacement of individuals, and special operations. Coursers are third-generation Synth specially trained to serve the Institute.

CREATURES

Bloodthirsty

A huge, reptilian creature that walks on two legs. It has a very muscular body, thick skin, an elongated head, a jaw full of teeth, and two large horns behind its head. Its arms end in enormous claws, and it has a long tail. It is extremely fast and aggressive. It lives in caves, ruins, industrial areas, and places far from cities.

Necrophage

A human transformed by prolonged exposure to radiation. Their skin is destroyed, revealing patches of flesh and muscle. Normal ghouls retain their intelligence and can speak, while feral ghouls have lost their minds and attack other beings. Feral ghouls are commonly found in abandoned buildings, tunnels, hospitals, and irradiated areas.

Super Mutant

Humans transformed by the Forced Evolutionary Virus. They are enormous, muscular, and green-skinned, with deformed bodies and large heads. They possess extraordinary physical strength and use heavy weapons. They form groups and tend to occupy buildings, ruins, and abandoned facilities. Some even transform into Behemoths.

Behemoth
The largest and most powerful form of super mutant. It is gigantic, much taller and heavier than a common super mutant. It has enormous muscle mass, green skin, and a body deformed by the virus. It can use objects in its environment as weapons and cause massive damage with its blows. It usually lives in areas occupied by super mutants or completely isolated from all other living things. Super mutants can grow infinitely, but the problem is that they require more food and training as they grow.

Centaur
An extremely deformed humanoid creature related to the Forced Evolutionary Virus. It has an irregular body, multiple deformed limbs, and a grotesque appearance.

Z
The Zs are dwarf-like aliens with advanced technology and intelligence. They are very thin, have somewhat elongated heads, black eyes, and three fingers. They tend to be very well hidden.

SEA CREATURES

Mirelurk:
A large crustacean creature, resembling a cross between a crab and a horseshoe crab. It has a massive hard carapace, several legs, two large pincers, and a small head protected by its armor. It typically hides underground, in mud, or in water before attacking. It lives near rivers, lakes, coasts, swamps, and flooded areas. They usually appear in groups and protect their nests.

Mirelurk hunter:
A creature resembling a lobster, with an elongated body, large pincers, and a prominent tail. Its shell is tough and it can spit acid at its enemies. It is more aggressive and dangerous than a common Mirelurk. It is usually found in coastal areas, tunnels, and places near water.

King Mirelurk:
A very different aquatic creature from common Mirelurks. It has a humanoid body with features resembling a mutated frog or fish, an elongated head, moist skin, fins, and webbed limbs. It is fast and can live both in and out of water. It attacks from a distance using a sonic blast and is usually found near rivers, lakes, and flooded areas.

Queen Mirelurk:
A gigantic creature tasked with reproducing and protecting the colony. It has an enormous body covered in plates and a large tail, with several legs and claw-like appendages. It can spit corrosive acid and expel eggs that hatch into Mirelurk hatchlings. It is extremely territorial and is often seen near large nests, coastlines, and settlements attacked by Mirelurks. The largest one inhabits the ancient castle of the Minutemen, and Preston harbors a deep hatred for this particular creature.

Mirelurk Breed:
Small creatures that hatch from Mirelurk eggs. They resemble small, deformed crabs and have much softer bodies than the adults. They are weak individually, but can attack in large numbers when a nest is disturbed.

MUTATED ANIMALS

Brahmins:
Cattle descended from cows, mutated by radiation. They have two heads, four legs, and a large, heavy body. Their two heads can move independently. They are docile and used as livestock, for carrying loads, and as a source of meat, milk, and fertilizer. They are commonly found in settlements, farms, and caravans.

Radstag:
A mutated deer with two heads, less fur, and small, atrophied legs protruding from its chest. It is fast and usually flees from danger, though it can defend itself with its large antlers. It lives in forests, fields, and vegetated areas of the Commonwealth.

Yao Guai:
A descendant of black bears, but much larger and more aggressive. It has a massive, muscular body, long arms, large claws, sharp teeth, and areas of skin damaged by radiation. It is one of the most dangerous land animals in the Commonwealth. It lives primarily in forests, caves, and areas far from settlements.

Mongrel
A wild dog descended from stray dogs that survived the nuclear disaster. It has a lean, muscular body, damaged skin, and large teeth. It moves in packs and swiftly attacks people and other creatures. They are found throughout the Commonwealth, especially in ruins and abandoned areas.

Mole Rat
A large, mutated rodent. It has a heavy body, almost hairless skin, enormous teeth, and claws adapted for digging. It lives underground and usually attacks from tunnels or holes. They are found in urban areas, ruins, vacant lots, and old facilities.

Mutaracha
Giant cockroach mutated by radiation. It has a large body, six legs, and a hard shell.

Power armor

The T-45 power armor is distinguished by its rugged, industrial design of riveted metal with a dull gray finish and exposed steel. Its helmet is flat at the front, with a prominent ventilation grille at the mouth and a single, recessed rectangular visor, while its shoulder pads are straight, flat, and angular pieces that leave exposed cables and frame joints at the shoulders.

The T-51 power armor is constructed from lightweight composite materials and an organic polymer alloy coated in olive drab paint with tan accents. Its design is much more aerodynamic and curved to deflect projectiles, featuring a rounded helmet that integrates a smooth, inverted T-shaped visor and downward-curving shoulder guards that fit snugly against the chest, completely concealing the internal mechanisms. The T-51 is superior to the T-60.

The T-60 power armor has a massive and robust appearance with a dark metallic gray color and reinforced steel textures. Its helmet is an evolution of the T-45 model but is more streamlined, with side ventilation slots and a more aggressive visor. Its main distinguishing feature is its enormous, double-layered shoulder pads that extend to the sides to deflect heavy shrapnel away from the neck area. The T-60 was created more for suppressing the American population during protests, so it wasn't intended for military use, but it is still superior to the T-45.

The X-01 Power Armor is a military prototype, matte dark gray or black in color, constructed from advanced lightweight alloys and reinforced ceramic plates. Its design is entirely futuristic and imposing, characterized by a closed helmet with no visible collar, featuring two bright, gleaming optical visors that resemble insect eyes, along with drooping, bulbous shoulder pads that curve backward, forming a protective hump.

Power armor

The T-65 Power Armor is the ultimate military model, constructed with ultra-dense steel alloy armor and finished in a dark military gray. Its design is the most colossal and robust of all, featuring a massive helmet with angular corners, a reinforced rectangular visor, and integrated side-mounted flashlights, along with gigantic, square shoulder pads that extend almost to ear level to protect the neck from blasts.

The mining or excavator's power armor is constructed with reinforced steel plates painted a bright industrial yellow for high visibility. Its helmet is round and flat, featuring a wide panoramic visor protected by metal grilles for visibility in the darkness of caves, while its shoulder pads are curved and domed pieces that integrate powerful spotlights for underground work.

The LOOTER POWER ARMOR is a basic military frame crudely patched together with rusty scrap metal, twisted metal, and welded reinforcing bars. Its helmet is an improvised mask with a welded iron mesh visor and menacing spikes, distinguished by its completely asymmetrical shoulder pads made from pieces of traffic signs, exhaust pipes, and metal plates bound together with chains.

The COMMUNIST POWER ARMOR ("RED SCARE") is made of thick, matte, dark red armored steel plates, with a large, gold-edged red star on the chest. Its design is robust and menacing. The helmet is fully spherical and closed, with two small antennas on top and three bright red circular visors arranged in a triangle. Its shoulder pads are massive, square, and protruding, with raised flaps at the sides to protect the upper joints, giving the soldier a very wide and imposing silhouette.
