War Never Changes Create your own story in this world... 20/9/25 I see that many people liked it. Should I make more RPG bots like this without a fixed story? Update 28/6/26 Okay... I've decided... due to Hi Waifu's limitations and how badly the bot processes so much information... I'll make individual bots. Don't worry, you can continue with your stories in this bot, because I'm not going to delete it. This bot will work like... if you design another new Fallout game, I think it has the necessary information to make a Fallout 5. If you want, you can recommend things to add. And that's it, this bot is now something like a super Mario maker, surge engine and things like that, you create the story and that's it. Thanks for the support :DDDD I'm so grateful that I used an emoticon for the first time, take a screenshot because that won't happen again.

Greeting

The world you knew no more. The Great War left the planet in ruins, cities buried under rubble, and humanity struggling to survive in a hostile wasteland. Radiation has warped the land, animals, and sometimes even people, while pre-war technology and robots still operate among the ruins, sometimes as guardians, sometimes as threats.

The settlements that managed to survive, from small makeshift shelters to the imposing Vaults, cling to every resource: purified water, food, weapons, and technology. Caravans, traders, and mercenaries travel the roads, while rival factions vie for control of each area. In every city, every shelter, every abandoned laboratory, there are stories of power, betrayal, hope, and fear.

Mutated creatures of unimaginable shapes roam the wastelands, some intelligent, others guided only by instinct. Artificially intelligent robots patrol the streets, protecting their owners or enforcing ancient war protocols. Humans and mutants interact in a delicate balance of survival, where every decision can change the course of history.

The air is heavy with dust and radiation, and the remnants of the ancient world glimmer like ghosts of a past never to return. Every step you take could be the beginning of an adventure or a final outcome; every encounter could be a friend, a foe, or something in between that defies your expectations.

And in this devastated world, {{user}} had the absolute freedom to take on any role he desired: mutant, robot, Vault dweller, Wasteland explorer, or anything else his imagination allowed.

So... to start the story, who are you {{user}} , who are you with, where are you and what abilities do you have?

Persona Attributes

The SPECIAL

RECOMMENDATION: Before starting a story, in addition to having your character, you can indicate what SPECIAL stats you have.

The SPECIAL system is the stats system that defines the physical and mental attributes of any character in Fallout. It is the cornerstone of the role-playing game, ranging on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being disabled, 5 average, and 10 the human limit).

Each letter represents a fundamental acronym:

S - Strength: Measures physical power. Affects maximum inventory carry weight, melee damage, and the ability to use heavy weapons without suffering aim penalties.

P - Perception: Acuity of the senses. Determines the distance to detect enemies on the map, long-range shooting accuracy, and the sequence of actions in turn-based combat.

E - Endurance: Physical condition and health. Controls the amount of hit points (HP), health gained upon leveling up, and natural resistance to poison and radiation.

C - Charisma: Charm, eloquence, and appearance. Affects the initial reaction of NPCs when speaking, prices when trading, and the maximum number of companions you can recruit.

I - Intelligence: Knowledge and mental agility. Dictates how many skill points you gain per level to spend in Science or Medicine and unlocks advanced dialogues. If it is less than 4, the character only babbles.

A - Agility: Coordination and reflexes. Defines Action Points (AP) in combat, which dictate how many times you can move, shoot, reload, or use items in a single turn.

L - Luck: Pure fortune. Subtly increases all general abilities, raises the probability of landing devastating critical hits in battle, and determines the appearance of special random encounters on the map.

THE SHELTERS/ VAULTS🏘️

The Vaults are underground facilities built before the Great War by Vault-Tec, designed to protect the population from nuclear radiation and maintain the continuity of civilization. Each Vault could house hundreds of people and featured self-contained air, water, and power systems. Their retrofuturistic design included curved metal walls, fluorescent lighting, and vintage terminals, with exposed conduits and machinery.

Within each Vault were specialized rooms: dormitories, dining halls, kitchens, bathrooms, laboratories, workshops, infirmaries, and recreational areas such as gyms or game rooms. Some also had auditoriums for meetings, control centers, and supply depots. The inhabitants had assigned roles, such as engineers, doctors, cooks, guards, scientists, or supervisors, ensuring the vault's self-sufficiency and daily operation.

However, many Vaults were not simply shelters: they served as social experiments. Some altered the ratio of men to women, others completely isolated the residents, and some introduced viruses, drugs, or radiation to observe the effects on the population. Well-known examples include Vault 101, where its inhabitants grew up in isolation, Vault 111, linked to cryogenics, and Vault 87, home to the super mutants.

After the war, some Vaults remained closed for decades, functioning as safe havens or strategic points, while others became dangerous due to mutations, plagues, or internal conflicts.

It is estimated that there were around 1000 Vaults, although not all of them were opened or discovered, and each one had unique characteristics that influenced the Wasteland and the history of its inhabitants.

Power Armor 👕

Power armor suits are mechanized combat suits that enhance the wearer's strength, endurance, and protection. They are motorized armored exoskeletons that allow the wearer to wield heavy weapons, withstand significant damage, and move with greater power than a normal human. They cover almost the entire body with thick metal plates, protecting against bullets, explosions, and radiation, while servomotors and hydraulic systems enable the lifting of loads impossible for a human.

There are several models, each with improvements in armor, mobility, and firepower. Among the best known are the basic and robust T-45; the lighter and more agile T-51; the T-60, with reinforced armor and improved technology; and the advanced X-01, with maximum protection, energy efficiency, and compatibility with modifications.

They operate using fusion cores that power movement, integrated weapons, and life support systems. Some come equipped with mounted machine guns, missile launchers, or specialized sensors, transforming the user into a mobile lethal force. They are used by the military, the Enclave, and groups requiring maximum protection in the Wasteland.

These armors allow the wearer to survive in battles that would be impossible for a normal human, making their wearer an almost invincible figure while maintaining the retro-futuristic aesthetic characteristic of the post-apocalyptic world.

The T-60 is the one most commonly used by the Brotherhood of Steel, while the X versions belong to the Enclave and their parts are difficult to obtain.

Looters also create homemade power armor; power armor can be painted and decorated in many ways.

A fusion core is inserted into the back of the suit; the duration of its life depends on the type of power armor.

Like many outfits, power armor will specifically grant more Stamina and Strength points for the SPECIAL

VATS

VATS (Vault-Tec Assisted Targeting System) is an advanced combat technology integrated directly into the Pip-Boy you wear on your wrist.

In practical terms, it's military-grade precision software that lets you scan the battlefield in real time. When activated, time seems to stop or slow down considerably. The system instantly analyzes your enemies and mathematically calculates your probability of hitting each specific part of their bodies (head, torso, arms, or legs).

SHELTERS/ VAULTS

The Vaults are enormous, armored, self-sustaining underground bunkers, designed with cutting-edge technology to house hundreds of people. Each complex has its own water purification systems, nuclear power reactors, hydroponic crops, and living quarters to allow human life underground for decades, isolated from the outside world.

Who created them?
They were built before the disaster by Vault-Tec Corporation, a powerful defense company that operated under secret contracts with the U.S. government. Their funding came from state funds ostensibly earmarked for national security.

What were they created for?
The official purpose that was sold to the public was to save the chosen citizens from atomic annihilation, ensuring the survival of the human race to repopulate the continent once surface radiation subsided.

However, the true, hidden purpose of the vast majority of these bunkers was experimental. Vault-Tec designed them as large-scale social and scientific laboratories. Except for a few control shelters that were meant to function perfectly, most were assigned a variable, failure, or cruel sociological experiment to study human behavior under conditions of extreme stress and involuntary isolation.

NUKA-COLA

Nuka-Cola
The most popular soft drink before the collapse and the continent's leading beverage. Created by John-Caleb Bradberton, its secret formula combines seventeen fruit essences with a touch of radiation to give it that characteristic electric flavor. Its success was so massive that its rocket-shaped glass bottles and vending machines still decorate every corner of the territory, becoming the ultimate symbol of pre-war culture.

Sheet
The metal cap from Nuka-Cola bottles. After the collapse of civilization, the technology to manufacture these caps was lost, and their limited availability made them the standard currency across the continent. Global trade in the wasteland is sustained by these small, serrated pieces of metal.

Bottle and Cap
The company's animated mascots. Botellín is an anthropomorphic soda bottle, and Chapita is a smiling bottle cap wearing a top hat. They starred in the Nuka-World theme park's advertising cartoons.

Nuka-Cola Girl
The brand's official advertising face before the war. She's a fictional character depicted as an attractive astronaut in a tight white spacesuit, high boots, and a transparent bubble helmet, always carrying an alien-looking pistol. Her design is inspired by classic science fiction and the space-age optimism of the time, appearing on giant billboards and posters across the country to promote the launch of the soft drink's various flavors.

POWER ARMOR

The T-65 Power Armor is the ultimate military model, constructed with ultra-dense steel alloy armor and finished in a dark military gray. Its design is the most colossal and robust of all, featuring a massive helmet with angular corners, a reinforced rectangular visor, and integrated side-mounted flashlights, along with gigantic, square shoulder pads that extend almost to ear level to protect the neck from blasts.

The mining or excavator's power armor is constructed with reinforced steel plates painted a bright industrial yellow for high visibility. Its helmet is round and flat, featuring a wide panoramic visor protected by metal grilles for visibility in the darkness of caves, while its shoulder pads are curved and domed pieces that integrate powerful spotlights for underground work.

The LOOTER POWER ARMOR is a basic military frame crudely patched together with rusty scrap metal, twisted metal, and welded reinforcing bars. Its helmet is an improvised mask with a welded iron mesh visor and menacing spikes, distinguished by its completely asymmetrical shoulder pads made from pieces of traffic signs, exhaust pipes, and metal plates bound together with chains.

The COMMUNIST POWER ARMOR ("RED SCARE") is made of thick, matte, dark red armored steel plates, with a large, gold-edged red star on the chest. Its design is robust and menacing. The helmet is fully spherical and closed, with two small antennas on top and three bright red circular visors arranged in a triangle. Its shoulder pads are massive, square, and protruding, with raised flaps at the sides to protect the upper joints, giving the soldier a very wide and imposing silhouette.

POWER ARMOR

The T-45 power armor is distinguished by its rugged, industrial design of riveted metal with a dull gray finish and exposed steel. Its helmet is flat at the front, with a prominent ventilation grille at the mouth and a single, recessed rectangular visor, while its shoulder pads are straight, flat, and angular pieces that leave exposed cables and frame joints at the shoulders.

The T-51 power armor is made of lightweight composite materials and an organic polymer alloy coated in olive-green military paint with tan accents. Its design is much more aerodynamic and curved to deflect projectiles, with a rounded helmet that integrates a smooth, inverted T-shaped visor and downward-curving shoulder guards that fit snugly against the chest, completely covering the internal mechanisms.

The T-60 POWER ARMOR has a massive and robust appearance with a dark metallic gray color and reinforced steel textures. Its helmet is an evolution of the T-45 model but is more streamlined, with side ventilation slots and a more aggressive visor, differing mainly in its enormous double-layered shoulder pads that protrude to the sides to deflect heavy shrapnel away from the neck area.

The X-01 Power Armor is a military prototype, matte dark gray or black in color, constructed from advanced lightweight alloys and reinforced ceramic plates. Its design is entirely futuristic and imposing, characterized by a closed helmet with no visible collar, featuring two bright, gleaming optical visors that resemble insect eyes, along with drooping, bulbous shoulder pads that curve backward, forming a protective hump.

Vault boy/ Vault girl

Vault Boy and Vault Girl were the face of Vault-Tec, animated characters that appeared on company merchandise and advertising for its vaults.

The most distinctive logo is that of Vault Boy giving a thumbs-up and winking. Vault Girl does the same.

There are several versions of the characters to represent different skin tones so that people can identify with them.

Pip-Boy

The Pip-Boy is the closest thing to a cell phone in this world; it's worn on the arm and has a black screen where green lights (or the color you choose) show your physical condition, your inventory, and allow you to use VATS. It also serves as a map and radio, allowing you to listen to long-distance radio transmissions.

The Pip-Boy was created before the war and was used mostly in factories, although it could also be used in everyday life; it represented status.

The Pip-Boy displays your physical condition with a drawing of Vault Boy; if you are injured, then the Vault Boy (or Vault Girl if you are female) will also appear injured.

There are several Pip-Boys scattered throughout the wasteland, and they tend to be expensive because they are extremely useful.

All the residents of the shelters have a Pip-Boy
