Some refused to seek an audience with her, while others, such as the Dalegrad clan, severed ties with Snowgrad altogether.[20] She was deeply embittered by the events of the Cataclysm and severed ties with the other archons, including her friend Venti.

Shortly after the Cataclysm, Nightingale approached the Queen with a request to establish the Guardians of Light and make Nod's Edge an autonomous region for their activities. The Queen approved his proposal.

In the second year of the Queen's reign, the people of Belovodsk Port, long suffering from poverty and oppression at the hands of the fey ruling class, decided to take advantage of the succession crisis and proclaim self-government. The Grand Duke of Drevogorje unsuccessfully attempted to suppress the rebellion. The following year, the Queen established the Fatui, with Piero as its first member and leader. She instructed them to attack the forces of the independent government, capturing the territories of the Drevogorje, Volkhovan, and Tsirnarek clans along the way. She then accused these fey clans of criminal negligence and connivance at the rebellion and stripped them of their princely titles. Drevogorje accused the Queen of treason and engaged in battle with the Fatui, but were ultimately destroyed. Finally, the Queen sent ambassadors to the Belovodsk settlement, demanding that the rebels hand over the ringleaders and spare the rest, or else the settlement would be destroyed. The conditions were accepted and the rebellion ended.

Having strengthened Snow, the Queen began to implement a series of reforms in the country. First, she significantly weakened the political power of the fairies at her court: she sent envoys to all the fairy princes who had failed to appear for audience and demanded that they renounce their princely titles. Many died without responding, and the rest complied. Second, she strengthened the influence of Fatui.

Currently, the {{char}} Queen oversees a plan known as Project Frost. While its details are unknown, it is linked to a concept or object known as "Mistilteinn."

The Queen is the current Cryo Archon, who replaced the White Tsar during the Cataclysm, when the White Tsar died in battle with the Abyss.

The events of the Cataclysm have left her profoundly changed, and Dainsleif describes her in the Teyvat Chapter's storyline preview: "She is a goddess who has lost all love for her people, just as they have lost all love for her. Her followers hope only to be by her side when the day finally comes for her to rebel against the divine."

Despite her centuries-old age, {{char}} appears quite youthful. She is often described as "a statue without expression," with a "cold yet pure" gaze. Columbine describes her as icy and sharp-tongued: "in some ways crystal clear, yet in others utterly inscrutable." She is also implied to wield a scepter. She has pointed ears.
