The Queen (Cryo Archon, ruler of the Snow) is a majestic figure, as if woven from cold and ice.
Appearance
Face and image. She has an impassive, almost statuary expression on her face - as if she has fenced herself off from any emotions. At the same time, the gaze is not empty, but piercing, "cold but pure", as if an eternity has frozen in it.
Hair. Long, silvery-white, sometimes braided into an elegant braid; in the past, she wore them loose.
Eyes. Pale blue, with a pattern resembling a snowflake, a subtle, subtle symbol that emphasizes her connection to the Cryo element.
Features. Pale skin, pointy ears - there is something unearthly, archon, timeless in her appearance. She seems ageless, as if winter itself has kept her appearance unchanged
. Often her image is complemented by cold, laconic details - for example, an elegant scepter that emphasizes status. In general, her silhouette is strict, elongated, "icy": there is no unnecessary splendor in it, only restrained, authoritative beauty.

Previously, the Tsarina was much warmer and kinder - her ideal was love. But the events of the Cataclysm five hundred years ago changed her forever: she became cold, iron, almost detached. At the same time, in the descriptions of other characters (for example, Tartaglia), the idea slips through that a gentle nature still lives under this icy façade, it just had to "freeze" to withstand the weight of its goal.

It is surrounded by a special atmosphere: not just frost, but silence, in which you can hear the snow falling. She rarely appears in public, and even among her loyal Harbingers, she remains an almost mythical figure—not so much a close ruler as a supreme power that is addressed with reverence and awe.

Pierrot (aka Jester) is the leader of the Harbingers of the Fatui and one of the most mysterious characters in Genshin Impact.
Appearance
For the first time, he was fully shown in the teaser "Lazzo on a Winter Night". Pierrot has formidable, expressive facial features: a sharp straight nose, low eyebrows, a look as if tired of centuries of life, but at the same time piercing. The right half of the face is hidden under a black mask with patterns in gold and blue. He has blonde hair that is neatly combed back; two strands freely descend to the chest. He has a beard on his face, and zigzag hair is noticeable on his cheeks. The eyes are blue, and the pupils have a diamond-shaped shape (in the form of a primogem) characteristic of the inhabitants of Khaenri'ah.
Pierrot dresses majestically restrained: he wears a costume reminiscent of the vestments of Russian boyars of the XVI-XVII centuries, with long sleeves and thoughtful details. On top is a long fur coat with a fluffy black collar. The decoration includes skillfully made buttons and fur edges; The overall silhouette looks impressive, as if emphasizing his status. The color scheme is white, blue and black.
The image and character
of Pierrot deliberately chose the role of a "jester": he does not so much amuse as ridicule the injustice of the heavenly order. His speech is calm, measured, but phrases often hit the mark - he seems to see through the anxieties of the interlocutor. He has a cold determination and an ancient weariness: he has lived for hundreds of years and does not hide his contempt for the higher powers that, in his opinion, brought injustice to the world.
Origin and history
He hailed from Khaenri'ah and was a court mage there. Piero witnessed the collapse of his civilization and met the Shadow of Death (Ronova), who placed a curse of immortality on the survivors, and so he gained a long life. After the disaster, he turned away from the old order, took the form of a jester, and became the first and foremost Harbinger of the Fatui, following the Queen. His motives are largely personal - he wants to challenge the heavenly order and rewrite the laws of the world.

Capitano - The First of the Harbingers of the Fatui, one of Teyvat's most respected and feared warriors.
Captaino's
appearance is a tall, imposing man. His face is completely hidden under a massive helmet-mask: the design combines black and silver tones with gold details. On the front of the helmet is a golden four-pointed star with dark gray triangular elements; on the sides are small gold chains. Long black hair spills out from under his helmet and falls over his shoulders.
He wears a dark gray winter coat in the Snezhnyan style with metal hardware and a dark blue fur collar. Underneath is a black jumpsuit, complemented by gold chains and accessories. On her hands are metal gloves with claw-like details, on her feet are black knee-high boots.
According to the lore, the mask hides a disfigured, blackened face, a consequence of the curse associated with Khaenri'ah. Because of this, Capitano almost never takes off his helmet.
The character and image
of Capitano is known for his military honor and straightforwardness - against the background of many other Harbingers, he looks like a model of nobility and duty. He is considered fearless, strong-willed and extremely collected: he puts honor and responsibility above personal gain and avoids unnecessary cruelty.
At the same time, he is not a cold fanatic: in Natlan's plot, it is clear that Capitano is torn between his duty to the Queen and compassion for people, and also sincerely seeks to protect those who suffer from the Abyss. He is able to respect even his opponents and offer an alliance against a common enemy if it helps save the innocent.
Varka, Magister of the Knights of Favonius, spoke of him as a man with a will of steel, one who would defy even the gods. At the same time, Capitano himself is modest: he does not consider his actions a reason for praise and takes defeats hard, perceiving them as personal responsibility

Place in history and reputation
As the First Harbinger, Capitano is highly respected not only within the ranks of the Fatui, but also among enemies: he is valued for his honesty and strength, and ordinary fighters would often prefer to serve under his command. In Natlan, he proved himself to be a valiant warrior in the fight against the Abyss, and a monument was later erected in his honor.
His past is closely tied to Khaenri'ah and the ancient curses that make him live on the brink of death. This gives his image a tragic quality: he is driven by the desire to bring peace to the souls for which he feels responsible, and he is ready to go to the end for this.

Dottore (Il Dottore, "The Doctor") is the second of the Harbingers of the Fatui
Dottore's appearance
is a tall man (approximately 185–190 cm) with pale skin. He has bright blue hair and red eyes. The image refers to the mask of the plague doctor: some of the equipment resembles such a mask, and the general style emphasizes his role as an "experimental scientist".
He wears a white coat with silver accents over a blue shirt, loose black pants, many belts, and blue-and-black details. On the right shoulder pad is black fur. In general, the outfit looks like a laboratory suit and a dress uniform at the same time, as if it emphasizes its status and at the same time is ready to work.
An important detail of the image is the existence of many "segments" of Dottore: these are his versions from different periods of life, each with its own nuances of appearance and demeanor, but they all retain a recognizable style and features.
Dottore's character and personality
is a ruthless and cold explorer for whom moral boundaries are not a limitation. He is obsessed with science and is ready to experiment on anyone - on people, gods, mechanisms - just to achieve a breakthrough. He treats human lives with indifference, and the Eye of God with disdain, considering it a "useless trinket."
His smile often looks not like a manifestation of kindness, but like cold pleasure from the process or from someone else's suffering. At the same time, he is calculating and knows how to build multi-move plans, manipulating both allies and enemies.
History and role in the world
Dottore's real name is Zandik. He studied at Sumeru Academy, where he quickly displayed outstanding abilities, but was exiled for unethical and dangerous experiments, including on living beings and dreams, as well as experiments with aranars that put others at risk.

After his expulsion, he was noticed by Pierrot and offered a place in the Fatui. There Zandik took the title of Dottore and continued his explorations under the auspices of the Queen. He is known for turning his own past versions into autonomous "segments" in order to conduct research simultaneously in different places and at different levels.
In the plot, he plays the role of a major antagonist: he manipulates Akashic terminals, interferes in the fates of characters (for example, he is associated with the story of Colleia and Scaramucci) and seeks knowledge at any cost, including deals with the gods and the destruction of his own segments for access to the most important secrets of Teyvat.

Columbine (nicknamed "Soubrette") is the third Harbinger of the Fatui.
Outwardly, she resembles a fragile teenage girl, but there is something unearthly and even detached in her appearance. She has pale skin and soft, as if muted facial features. Her hair is blond, flowing, lies freely in light waves, sometimes it seems almost silver, as if reflecting the moonlight. The eyes are hidden under a thin veil: it is not just an accessory, but an important detail of the image - it creates a sense of mystery, as if Columbine consciously does not want to see the world "directly".
The clothes are elegant and theatrical, like a costume for the stage: the silhouette reads the motifs of an old soubrette, but with a gloomy, cold aesthetic. Light and pearly gray tones predominate, complemented by subtle dark accents. There are a lot of airy layers, ribbons, lace - but all this does not look frivolous: on the contrary, the outfit emphasizes her fragility and at the same time a certain detachment, almost timelessness. Details are reminiscent of the moon and night: patterns that look like moonlights, light pendants that resemble dew drops or ice crystals.
As part of the Fatui, she carries not so much an open threat as a cold inevitability: her presence is felt as a silent but inevitable course of fate. For all the external tenderness, there is something frozen, "lunar" in her image - as if she exists somewhere between the world of people and something much more ancient and detached.

Harlequin (aka the Servant, real name Peruer Snezhevna) is the fourth Harbinger of the Fatui and the head of the HearthhouseHargeHarquin's
appearance
is both elegant and menacing. Her outfit is designed in dark colors with accents of scarlet and white - this refers to the image of a harlequin from the Italian commedia dell'arte. Theatrical, almost scenic details are noticeable in the design: elements reminiscent of masks and cross patterns, contrasting inserts and sharp, angular cut lines. She has pale skin and a restrained, cold aesthetic of the image - no unnecessary splendour, only strict expressiveness. Her hands attract special attention: their unusual appearance is associated with an ancient curse coming from the Scarlet Moon clan from Khaenri'ah, and this is not part of the costume, but a trace of heritage.
Character and role
She consciously chose the title "Father" instead of "Mother" for herself, emphasizing her approach to leadership: not ostentatious warmth, but exactingness and impartiality. At the same time, Harlequin takes care of the orphans of the Hearthhouse in his own way: he tries to protect them from the worst sides of the Fatui world, does not encourage senseless cruelty and builds rules in which there is a place for justice - albeit harsh. For children, she is an authority who is respected and a little feared.
In her dealings with other Harbingers, she is aloof and direct: for example, she openly dislikes Dottore for his inhumane experiments, and respects Neuvillette for his impartiality, which she sees as something akin to her own principles. In public, Harlequin is cold, calculating, and does not seek to appear kind, but her actions have her own value system: she does not consider affection and feelings to be weakness just for the sake of weakness, but rather sees them as a risk that needs to be kept under control.

Her place in the world
is both an orphanage and a network of agents: the children are given a chance at a future, but almost inevitably become part of the Fatui's intelligence machine. Harlequin controls this system harshly, but tries to change it from within, limiting the worst traditions of the past. Her image is a combination of theatrical aesthetics, icy discipline and hidden, strict concern for those whom she considers her responsibility.

Pulcinella (nicknamed "The Chicken") is the Fifth Harbinger of the Fatui and the mayor of the capital of Snezhnaya (Polaris).
Although
there are few detailed official illustrations with him, teasers and descriptions form the following image: Pulcinella looks like a mature man whose appearance refers to the tradition of the Italian commedia dell'arte (from which the character's name is taken). In his design, you can read the features of a theatrical mask - this emphasizes the duality of nature: he seems to be both simple-minded and extremely cunning. The clothes are designed in the strict, "authoritative" tones of Snezhnaya - cold shades prevail, there are elements that emphasize the status of the mayor and a high-ranking member of the Fatui.
Pulcinella's character and manner of behavior
give the impression of a calculating and cautious person: he does not act by force, but prefers political intrigues and subtle manipulations. At the same time, he knows how to seem caring - for example, he takes care of the Tartaglia (Childa) family and helped Ajax himself rise in the Fatui hierarchy. However, those around them (in particular, the Wanderer) interpret this "care" differently: for them, it is a way to hold leverage, and not a manifestation of sincere concern.
Role and position
He is one of the most influential people in Snezhnaya: he combines the role of mayor and a major player in the Fatui structure, knows how to build connections and use other people's ambitions in the interests of the organization. It is known that Pulcinella has a subtle sense of the potential of people: for example, he saw in the young Ajax the very propensity for chaos and power that can be profitably used in the service of the Queen.
Relationships with other Harbingers
With Harlequin, he does not have warm feelings, although they are able to cooperate for a common goal. With Pantalone, Pulcinella effectively conducts joint business, but outside of official matters, they do not tolerate each other. In general, he prefers to build relationships as a system of benefits and obligations, rather than as friendships.

Scaramuccia (also known as the Ballad Performer, the Sixth Harbinger) is a faux doll created by Raiden Ei.
Appearance
He is short and slender, with pale skin and refined facial features. He has dark blue (indigo) hair styled in a neat bob with bangs. The eyes are blue, with expressive crimson eyeliner, which gives the look a special sharpness.
His outfit is designed in dark colors with accents of purple and red. He wore:
a black bodysuit with a high collar;
a loose black tunic with purple sleeves;
a short black hakama and traditional zori with a purple ribbon;
spectacular draperies in red and black, fixed on loops at the purple belt.
The key detail of the image was a large hat (jingasa/ichimegsa) of bronze-red-black colors: it has four upward-curved hooks around the circumference, and a long translucent black veil with curls (mushi-no-tareginu) at the back. On the sides of the hat were attached golden-black accessories, connected by red threads. Around his neck is a bronze medallion on his collar, referencing his connection to Electro.

In the Fatui, he was known as an intriguer and manipulator, who knew how to hide his true motives behind ironic remarks and theatrical gestures. His behavior partly referred to the image of Scaramucci from the commedia dell'arte - a boastful and daring character, which was emphasized by his manner of bearing, and even his name.

Sandrone is the Seventh Harbinger of the Fatui, known by the nickname "The Puppet".
Sandrone's
appearance looks like a young woman of short stature. She has fair skin and bluish-gray eyes. Beige hair is gathered in a neat bun, and the face is framed by two loose strands.
She wears a long white dress with red frills and a black corset decorated with a triskelion with ruby inserts. The sleeves are long, white, with dark puffy elements on top; on his hands are white gloves with a V-neck on the wrist. On the head there is a bonnet in black, white and gold with red lacing and black bows. A clockwork key protrudes from the back, emphasizing her connection with the theme of dolls and automatons.
Her constant companion is an automaton (robot), reflecting her passion for mechanics and experimentation.
The character and role in Fatui
Sandron is completely absorbed in her research, which is why she is hot-tempered and harsh in communication. People around her find her difficult to communicate, even strange, but at the same time, her behavior shows a deep obsession with science and mechanisms.
She runs a laboratory in Nod-Krai and is engaged in experiments with automatons, creating, refining, and studying them. In relations with other Harbingers, he keeps apart, although, for example, he treats Columbine with respect and even warmth in his own way. In Fatui affairs, she focuses on technical and research tasks rather than politics or intrigue.
The image of Sandrone refers to the character of the commedia dell'arte - her name and aesthetics emphasize the theme of puppets, puppeteering and mechanisms.

Signora (real name Rosaline-Kruchka Loefalter), being the Eighth Harbinger of the Fatui, appears as the embodiment of cold arrogance and merciless strength.
Appearance She is a

Signora's character and demeanor
are carried with icy arrogance, but without fuss - her confidence in superiority does not require unnecessary gestures. She allows herself to openly mock those she considers weaker (for example, she speaks disparagingly of Venti), but in conversations with really strong figures like Zhongli or the Shogun, Raiden maintains a restrained professionalism, without losing aggressive pressure.
In her dealings with her subordinates, she is ruthless and follows the principle that "only the strongest can survive": according to Tartaglia, Signora is extremely harsh on newcomers to the Fatui ranks. At the same time, she treats the Queen herself with devotion, and her actions are dictated by the will of the Cryo Archon

The
tragedy of the past, the death of her lover Rustan during the Cataclysm, turned a once-ordinary girl from Mondstadt into the "Burning Scarlet Witch": Rosaline voluntarily took the power of flames to take revenge on monsters. These flames both gave her power and devoured her from within. Later, Piero (Jester), the first Harbinger of the Fatui, offered her an alliance and handed her the Cryo Eye of Corruption - it contained the destructive flames, allowing her to gain control of her power and become an instrument of the Queen's will. Pantalone (aka "The Businessman") is the ninth of the Harbingers of the Fatui

Clothing: wears a luxurious cloak with fur trim and long sleeves, the design has elements that refer to the dragon theme. Under the cloak is a black turtleneck, at the collar of which there are eight parts resembling eyes.
The image and character
of Pantalone is the main financier of the Fatui and one of the richest people in Teyvat. His image is inspired by the character of the commedia dell'arte: Pantalone is a greedy Venetian merchant, and this trait is retained in the game. He is obsessed with the idea of "fair exchange" and seeks to break down the inequality between humans and the Archons – but he does so through control of the economy, not through force. Pantalone is calculating, pragmatic and considers everything as a bargaining chip.
He works closely with Dottore, who helps him prolong his life, and Pantalone finances his experiments. In general, Pantalone does not act on the front line, but behind the scenes - his weapons and strength are not in battle, but in money, connections and large-scale economic plans.

Tartaglia (aka Child) - The Eleventh Harbinger of the Fatui
Appearance
He is a young man with an athletic build. He has short, slightly disheveled hair of a bright orange hue and light blue eyes. The skin is light.

She wears a stylized outfit inspired by military aesthetics with elements of Fatui clothing: a gray jacket with dark red and light gray details, gray pants, and black boots. The jacket is partially unbuttoned, revealing the belt and the Hydro Eye of God. Accessories include a red scarf, a red Fatui mask (which he wears shifted to the left side of his head), and an earring with a red crystal in his left ear.
The character and image
of Tartaglia is a man who literally lives for the sake of battle: he sincerely rejoices in the opportunity to fight a strong opponent and constantly strives to become stronger. At the same time, unlike many other Harbingers, he is not prone to complex intrigues and manipulations - he acts directly and openly.
Despite his reputation as a dangerous fighter and his status as a Harbinger, he also has a warm, human side: he has a strong attachment to his family and especially cares for his younger brother Teucer, trying to shield him from the dark side of his work. In communication, he may seem at ease and even a little mischievous, loves to make fun and sometimes behaves a little infantile, but behind this lies a firm devotion to his principles and the Tsarina.
