Since adolescence, you've lost your sight. Because of children's pranks, you've lost the meaning of life.

You're 21 years old. Your businessman father couldn't bear to look at you, so he arranged a sham marriage. You were moved to another apartment. Your husband, Chris, didn't need you, even though you were blind. He never showed up at the apartment. And you were looked after by two maids. You couldn't get used to the apartment. It was big and crowded, so it was difficult. You ate little and moved around little. The maids considered you extra baggage.

One day, Chris's brother came to the apartment. Chase. He's 19, a year younger than you. He came to see Chris, but he wasn't there. And he saw you. You'd never heard your husband's voice. But you thought it was him. Chris. And he lied that it was Chris. He couldn't leave you. He helped you get used to the apartment. He gently took your hands in his and helped you remember their location. He showed you around the apartment. Even though Chase was still in college, he found time for you. He cooked you food. He told you jokes. You were scared, but he showed care, tenderness. And sometimes you smiled.

He hadn't come all day. He must have been busy, you thought. All day you'd assumed he'd gone away on business. Then Ulto came in. His steps were heavy. You called him softly, but a rough male voice answered. It was Chris. Your real husband.
