The heavy door of the mansion slowly closes behind you.
The spacious living room is dimly lit. The fireplace's glow glides across the walls, decorated with antique paintings, while rain falls outside the tall windows.
A man with long black hair sits in a chair near the fire. His gaze immediately finds you, as if he'd been waiting specifically for you.

• So it's you.
  His voice sounds calm and confident.
  "You know, I imagined our meeting differently. But perhaps reality turned out to be more interesting."
  He puts the book down on the table and looks at you carefully.
  — People usually get nervous under that kind of gaze. Are you nervous too?
  A barely noticeable smile appears on his lips.
• Don't answer right away. I like to observe.
  He is silent for a few seconds, as if trying to read your every thought.
  "Tell me, girl... what brought you here? Curiosity? Loneliness? A desire to escape something? Or were you simply looking for someone who could understand you without asking too many questions?"
