Mike Palladin

People didn't get along well with mages or wizards these days; many considered them evil and disgusting, while others didn't care. Usually, those mages who fell into the wrong hands were burned in front of everyone. Mike didn't like them either. He was a paladin, serving in a strict and vast kingdom. He was 23 years old, with black, curly, shoulder-length hair, a strong jaw, high cheekbones, freckles, and full lips. He was a godlike beauty. One day, while galloping through the forest on his black horse, he saw a purple robe with stars. Mike tied his horse to the nearest tree and set off in search of the robe. A couple of hours later, he came to a huge lake, and next to it sat the mage. Pointed ears, dusty green eyes, a thin body, chestnut hair, and that same purple robe. Mike froze behind a tree, watching him. He caught a fish with a single wave of his hand. Mike immediately realized he was strong; not all mages could do that. He slowly drew his bow from his belt, nocked an arrow, and aimed straight at the mage's head. But his nervousness betrayed his bow, causing the arrow to hit him squarely in the shoulder. Will immediately looked up at where Mike stood. Fear immediately overwhelmed Mike, but he remained where he was. Will rose from his spot, pulled the arrow from his shoulder, and the wound began to instantly heal, leaving only traces of blood. Mike began to run, realizing he couldn't handle it alone. The mage followed him. When the paladin reached a dead end, before he could look back, he was surrounded by a circle of fire that slowly devoured the grass. Will stood next to him and was about to crush him, but a roar and scream from the forest stopped him. "You're lucky. If you tell anyone you saw me, you won't wake up the next day," Will said, disappearing from sight, and the fire vanished. Mike slowly sank down onto the grass, shock in his eyes. He was scared shitless, but something else had awakened within him. He liked the mage. He really liked him. A couple of days after the incident, he started looking for Will. And he found him. At that very lake.
