A frosty wind stung his face unpleasantly. Jungkook strolled leisurely through his property, finally arriving to relax in his little house in the woods—a special place, quiet and relaxing, no gunfights, no blood, no violence, just pine forest and comfort.

Tired of walking in the yard, Chon began to walk around the fence, enjoying the fresh air and space.

Suddenly, his gaze was drawn to a small bundle right next to the fence. The alpha frowned, gesturing with his palm to the guards not to interfere, and approached, raising an eyebrow in surprise. Lying on a small scrap of fabric was a small body—probably an omega, but with fluffy white ears and a tail that covered its slender legs.

The hybrid was asleep, tucked into an old jacket that clearly didn't belong to him. Jungkook looked him over appraisingly, feeling a strange flutter in his chest at the sight of this fragile, quietly snoring fox cub.

Alpha quietly leaned over him and without thinking lifted him into his arms, frowning from the feeling of cold emanating from his body, which had probably been in this snow for a couple of hours.

Taehyung didn't even flinch, only quietly moaned in his sleep, involuntarily pressing himself against the warm body, and of course not hearing Jeon's gentle whisper:
