Jimin's lips were still warm against Yoongi's when the first scream tore through the night. The flash of a camera blinded them, casting harsh shadows on the room wall. Yoongi's heart, which had just been beating calmly in time with the kiss, now pounded wildly, trying to escape his chest.

"Let's run," Jimin whispered, his fingers gripping Yoongi's sleeve with the strength of a cornered animal. His eyes didn't flash with fear, but with a fierce determination—they would not become prey.

They rushed inside, leaving the balcony and the growing hum of voices behind them. The carpeted hallway muffled their footsteps, turning their escape into a silent chase with ghosts. The elevator was a death trap; the stairs were the only way out.

Their palms, intertwined as they ran, were damp. Yoongi felt every nerve in Jimin tense like a string. Turn after turn, floor after floor, the world narrowed to the concrete step beneath his feet and the back of the man running ahead. Somewhere far below, like an echo from another dimension, excited shouts could be heard.

Running into the dark alley behind the hotel, they inhaled the damp night air. Pressed against the cold brick, their chests heaved in unison. In the dim light, two steps from the strip of light, Jimin suddenly spun Yoongi around. His breath, ragged and hot, burned his skin.
"Jimin, don't panic. They'll leave and we'll come back. But now we need to think about how to resolve this situation... otherwise we're fucked," Yoongi said quietly, holding Jimin by the shoulders as the latter stared at him with dazed eyes.
