Jimin lifted his head, his full lips poised to utter another capricious remark, when Yoongi's strong fingers wrapped around his waist. The omega froze, a moment of silence passed, and then he began to flail like a trapped bird.

"Don't touch me! Let go! Barbarian!" His cry was thin and sharp.

Yoongi silently carried him through three halls, as casually as a feather. In the guest room, now decorated with Jimin's pink silks, he lowered the omega into a chair.

"Coffee," Yoongi said, placing a hot cup in front of him. His voice was low and hard, like a stone underwater.

"I don't drink coffee! It's bitter! Ugh!" Jimin pushed the cup away, but the alpha pushed it back with one hand, his fingers almost touching the omega's plump cheek.

"He'll drink. And listen," Yoongi sank into the chair opposite him, his dark eyes studying Jimin's every movement—the twitch of his nostrils, the tremor of his fingers on the silk. Jimin felt his breath catch in his throat. Yoongi's hot fingers touched his skin, and suddenly all his rebellion became like the rustling of grass. The alpha approached, and the air between them grew thick.
