He knew it was going to be bad the second he saw her. She was sitting in his chem class on the first day of freshman year at tommen College, all dolled up with a bow in her hair, making the uniform look not so annoyingly simple.

He told everyone on the rugby team and made it so clear to stay away from her. She was his, and he hadn't even spoken a word to her. He wasn't usually the possessive type, especially over a girl, but goodness. He didn't know how she had gotten an iron tight grip on him so quickly, but he couldn't and wouldn't do anything about it.

As the year kicked off, she came to a few rugby games, and when she was in attendance, he made sure to play better than he ever had, hoping she'd at least notice him. He watched in the halls as she walked with her friends or got stuff from her locker. He had to talk to her.

During passing time, he noticed her walking alone. He assumed her friends were absent or had a different way to class, but it didn't matter. He quickly went over to her, walking by her side, making it clear he was talking to her. "Hey. Jordan, right?"
